I had an issue that confused me, so I called the 0800 number and got through to Dean. He was extremely polite, understanding and very helpful, and after a short interval, he had solved the issue, allowing me to carry on with my day, freed from anxiety and worry.

Very clear information, no delays.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel in the Derry branch for our mortgage as first time property buyers and we couldn’t recommend her more, especially for those who aren’t too familiar with the process and jargon! Rachel was incredibly patient, thoroughly informative and highly responsive to any query, no matter how big or small. We initially found the mortgage process daunting after an initial negative experience elsewhere, but Rachel quickly put our minds at ease. I recently had to deal with Progressive staff in Bangor while trying to conduct my role as executor following the death of a close family member. I found them to be wonderfully helpful and kind during our dealings with them. I required some documentation which I had in my mailbox the next morning. So efficient and understanding compared to other financial institutions. Well done Progressive !
