I like this scent and am now using it daily. I have worn Coco Chanel for 50 years and it is my favourite but I have had three duff bottles in the last 2 years (pink contents instead of brown, which can mean air has contaminated and oxidised the contents causing the perfume to degrade and smell wrong, suggesting a packaging problem) which is not good, especially given its high price. So, I’m looking for a modest, not necessarily similar, alternative. Perfume takes a while to settle in as it develops with individual body chemistry and suffuses clothing. I’ve given this one a few weeks and it continues to grow on me. I like its initial freshness and gradual development into a warmer, intriguing and gently lingering scent. At £14.95 this eau de toiletter is great value. The fine spray nozzle is far superior to the squirty Chanel version!

I have always absolutely loved the room diffuser, frequently someone walks into my office comments on the scent and it is incredibly good value lasting for ages. I have recently tried the sea kelp and cedar EDT - what a fabulous scent, incredible gift - it is light and fresh. I think these products are excellent value for money delivering luxury and quality in a crowded market place. Highly recommended.

So i ordered 3 of the Halloween inspired hand washes, was blown away by beautiful they were, really felt luxury for an extremely affordable price, I had one issue with receiving the wrong item, customer service got back to me promptly and shipped out the missing item straight away! The packaging is also great! I will be using these guys ongoing for sure!

They make great products, I especially love the design of the bottles …. The Halloween and Christmas always are a feature in my bathroom and kitchen!

I've been using Somerset Toiletry goodies for many years and I've never been disappointed. My favourite products are the scented candles and shower gels – freesia & pear is my go-to fragrance. My two little ones get very excited about the bath fizzers - which have become a Christmas bath time tradition. As someone who grew up in Somerset, I like the fact this is a family run business located in Somerset. The packaging is beautiful and I like to see what's new each season. It always makes me smile when I go on holiday around the UK and spot Somerset Toiletry products in gift shops. From an eco and ethical perspective, I'm picky about which beauty brands I use. But I trust STC as they are always striving to progress – and think carefully about packaging and ingredients.

I read some press about this company and their new RHS collection so bought a few soaps. Beautifully made and well fragranced. Even happier with the purchase when I saw it's a British family business. I will buy again!

I met a friend at the Cafe yesterday for lunch. We had quiche which was delicious. The coffee was super too and at a reasonable price.
The shop is fully stocked with lots of gift ideas. Will be going again next month to stock up for Xmas.

I was given a Bath and Shower Gels set-claiming to be'Naturally European 'only to discover it was Made in China-very disappointing and so dishonest -also you claim to
be reducing your carbon footprint!!!

Purchased some white sage and pumpkin soaps only to find that they had made in china on the box. So much for being made in the uk never mind Somerset. Would not have bought them if I had known.

I’ve tried many luxury soaps. These are, hands down, the best. So I just bought a load more.

Very disappointed I ordered 2 bottles of handwash in very pretty bottles but when they arrived both dispenser tops had been snapped off
They were broken off so carnt be used
How did this happen. Why was I sent 2 bottles with broken snapped off dispensers
Therefore they carnt be used . So a waste of money and they wernt cheap either

I had ordered the pumpkins glass soap dispensers and they have been fab and what a lovely item. I decided to order again but the glass Christmas tree soaps. I’m unsure about the white one as I have it away as a gift but kept the green tree for myself and am a bit disappointed . The soap composition is not great and seems to have split . I have to shake it it to bind together again and the dispensing is terrible it comes out very thick and not great. Otherwise a lovely item and great idea

I purchased the glass pumpkin shape bottle of pumpkin spice soap and it smells and looks amazing!
Customer services very so friendly and helpful in supplying another dispenser (arrived within 2 days) as my one sadly broke from amazon’s lack of packaging. They have good quality products who are also environmentally friendly and very polite. Overall I’ve found this to be a brilliant first experience with this company and will most likely purchase more in the future as a treat to myself and gifts to others.

Took a friend back after my first visit, very disappointing, we both had the Frittata, more of a snack than lunch and no real deserts other than cakes. Bought two cards which I loved but expensive as was the sugar scrub.

Lovely products, excellent value and beautifully packaged. Gave as gifts for birthdays and very well received. I will be buying more items. Love the hand cream especially.

So happy to have found this company. Found the site by chance and bought lots of stuff in the sale. It arrived within 36 hours of placing the order and was packed superbly. The products are delightful, smell beautiful without being overpowering and have a classiness to them.
