My only issue I want to raise is the slow Think Markets Trading App. The system is slow, it hangs for seconds before moves. It's slow to execute trades.

Over the course of four months
Over the course of four months, I deposited a total of 320,000GBP with them. At the time, everything seemed professional, and they made plenty of promises that gave me confidence in moving forward. One thing that particularly convinced me was their offer to assign me a personal account manager who would guide me through my trades, share useful market insights, and help me develop my skills so that I could eventually become an independent trader. It sounded like a good arrangement, and I genuinely believed they had my best interests at heart.
For a while, everything appeared to be going smoothly. I had no reason to think things would take such a frustrating turn until I decided to withdraw some of my profits. I needed the money to renovate one of my properties, which I was planning to sell to help get my business back on its feet. It was a practical decision, and I never imagined that simply trying to access some of my own money would become such a headache.
That was when things started to change. My so-called account manager, who had previously been available with promises and reassurances, suddenly became difficult to reach. I called repeatedly, hoping to get an explanation or at least some clarity about what was happening, but nothing changed. The silence and avoidance were incredibly frustrating, especially after I had deposited such a substantial amount and trusted them to handle my account professionally.
At that point, I realized I needed to look for another way to resolve the situation. Thankfully, I had a highly influential circle of friends who stepped in and introduced me to Gran Ville GPLTD.Through their recommendation, I found a new avenue to pursue the recovery of my assets.After all the uncertainty and frustration, I was grateful to have people in my corner who were willing to help me find a way forward.
Honestly, this experience taught me a difficult lesson about trust and the importance of being able to access your money when you need it. The promises sounded convincing in the beginning, but my experience changed the way I look at these arrangements. I'm grateful to the friends who helped point me in the right direction and to everyone who supported me when I needed it most. When I felt like I had run out of options, their support helped me find another way forward, and for that, I'll always be thankful.

You and me know since January 2026 i sent a lot of documents about everything happened in my deposition and platform. And under 2024-2025 i sent from my other account and you can check the same bank account and never I get refund about any issues. I still heard same excuses my internet connection not fast either i told you im living in Sweden not Africa and many exuse from support. So please make my refund because you know and check all the mail you have all the documents. Show me that Think markets are good and make the refund 4850€ I promise you I will change my opinion and i will write here also. But don’t make us in the same circle and tell me send the documents here in trustpilot becaUse you have all.
And why specifically now I see all the support is active and want me to send documents and want to help. Is that because I share my situation ?

Good overall experience with responsive support
I’ve been trading with ThinkMarkets for a while now and overall I’m satisfied with the service.The platform is generally stable and user-friendly, both on web and mobile. Deposits and withdrawals have worked without major issues for me. What I appreciate most is the customer support – they respond relatively quickly and try to help when problems arise.There was one technical incident where access to ThinkTrader was temporarily affected, but the team acknowledged it was on their side and the platform was restored. Communication was professional in that situation.Regarding the loyalty programme, the allocation of points and tier upgrades could be improved and made more transparent, but this hasn’t been a deal-breaker for me.Overall, I find ThinkMarkets a reliable broker for my trading needs. Good experience so far.

Scammers
Scammers with an “inactivity fee.” I deposited funds in February and didn’t use the account. I logged in again in September, and my funds were gone, according to their policy. Such a scam. They make you sign whatever shitty policies they want—policies that no other platforms have.

The platform is mostly stable and responsive; although there are occasional technical issues, as with any software and support team always available to assist, I would like to thank the South African support team, Rivash and Oliver, for their wonderful support and assistance.
