Very easy to use. Somewhat annoying to clean and get the leftover leaves out of, but I think any infuser is going to have this problem.

Finally, a tea infuser that works! Well thought-out and designed. The cap/drip tray is a great feature. Plenty of room for tea to infuse with a fine foil that doesn't leak lots of tea leaves. Easy to fill. Slightly messy to empty. Fits my favourite mug perfectly.
