I honestly can’t recommend Drew at Toolstation Belvedere highly enough.

I’ve been into the store several times and, whenever Drew has served me, the experience has been fantastic. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely helpful and always happy to take the time to answer questions, explain things or point you in the right direction. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

What really stands out is his attitude. He’s friendly, patient and clearly takes pride in helping people, which makes such a difference.

I genuinely think if Toolstation had a couple of Drews in every store, their customer service would be on another level. He’s exactly the sort of person you want dealing with customers and is a massive credit to the Belvedere branch.

Toolstation — look after this man! He deserves the recognition. 👏

Very easy to order and when delivered the quality very good will be ordering from ToolStation again sometime I’m using the boards for making Flower boxes etc will be looking at some more wood for other projects well done to Tool Station if you need anything go for it you won’t be disappointed

Very pleasant, helpful and interested staff. Timely email contact to alert me that the order would be delivered a day later than had been anticipated. Another email on the following day, to let me know when the order had arrived. This was only a small order but the service I received made me feel that it mattered.

Tool station always good and the staff always efficient and down to earth , exactly what the builders need .

The whole process of ordering, and collecting was perfect. My only criticism was identifying what I needed. Initially, it did not appear on the website, a Google search did, but at a distant branch. However, it turned out my elected branch DID have just one, so persistence eventually paid off.

Ordered my ladder at 12-30 & it arrived next day around 15-20. Absolutely fantastic service as it came from Bristol to the West of Scotland. The ladder is very good quality so I'm very pleased with both the service & product.

I ordered an item online and was told it would be delivered to my local Toolstation store within 24 hours. The item was in fact delivered to the store, but I received no notification to let me know that it had arrived. As a result, I had to chase this up myself. The communication throughout the process was extremely poor.

As a gas engineer, I was relying on the item being available so that I could complete a job for my customer. Due to the poor communication and lack of notification, I was unable to complete the job as planned, and unfortunately I lost both the customer and the work.

When I contacted customer services, I found them to be unhelpful. The only compensation I was offered was a 20% discount, which I found insulting given the circumstances. A 20% discount does not compensate me for losing a customer and losing a job as a result of relying on Toolstation’s service.

I found the whole experience to be highly incompetent, and I am extremely unhappy with the service provided. I have used Toolstation expecting a reliable service, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the company.

I would expect much better communication, organisation and customer service. A simple notification to advise me that my item had arrived could have made all the difference and potentially prevented me from losing a customer and a job.

Good staff and a very good choice of items to buy. I wish your prices were lower.
