Mattress issue
I bought a mattress that arrived defective, and after a month I still don’t have a solution and I'm still stuck with the defective mattress.I have sent photos proving that it’s a manufacturing defect and that it will never regain its shape because it’s defective, yet they don’t want to offer a solution to the problem. When you buy a new mattress, do you really expect to wait a month for it to regain its shape? Or just 24 to 48 hours? And no, there’s no fitted sheet on it. Please review the three emails I’ve sent instead of replying to this review.

Thank you very much for your review. What a shame to read that you are not satisfied with your current mattress. As explained, the mattress needs some time to get into shape. What can also help is to loosen the fitted sheet at the corners during the day so that the mattress can lie out properly. If you still experience the same problem in 4 weeks, we would like to hear about it, of course we will then look for a solution with you.
