And the new boiler is fantastic
It took from 8am ISH to 12.30 ISH so quite quick

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Tyne and Wear Heating Ltd. I first reached out in February, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. We handled everything via email, text, and WhatsApp, which made it so easy to send over photos of the job and get things moving without any stress.
The price was the cheapest around, but the service was truly second to none. Nathan was brilliant at organising the logistics, and Lee, who carried out the boiler replacement, was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond what was required, and the entire installation was completed in just a few hours. Professional, tidy, and highly efficient—I can’t recommend this team enough!

Fantastic first impression with the professional and user friendly website where I was able to see what services and products were available, able to get a quote from the website rather than having to fill in contact details and wait for contact. I needed additional work so had an in person survey done by Nathan, he was on time, smart and professional and promptly sent quote that evening as promised. Work to relocate boiler from loft to first floor cupboard was completed by Lee, who again was on time, smart and professional, he was a proper grafter and was hard at it all day, also polite and tidy. Will definitely be using this company for the annual servicing of the boiler and would highly recommend them to all, they are competitively priced and deliver top notch work.

From the moment Nathan walked in to give us a quote I felt instinctively he was extremely honest and a very decent friendly guy. He also comes across as super knowledgeable, experienced and very professional. He researched my best options, got back to me very quickly with a decent price and was easily available to answer any questions and put me at ease with my choice. Was dreading the day my new boiler would be fitted, but honestly for the first time ever, having workers in the house was completely stress free!! It was not a straightforward exchange but Lee could not have tried harder and went out of his way to ensure satisfaction. Went above and beyond all expectations by sorting out our dodgy radiators and patiently explaining to us every little detail as he went along… Absolutely delighted in every way. Replacement of very old boiler.
Lee came out and replaced boiler. He was very tidy explained everything but a few new bits in place outside as previous fitters weren't great.
He flushed radiators with so much sludge in them he was very professional.
He explained how to use the new bill and thermostat to us.
I will definitely use these guys again their great at communicating with you through to your appointment.👍

Tyne & Wear Heating fitted my new boiler a week ago. The whole process was so stress free and efficient and the boiler was fitted by Lee within 5 days. He also identified the fault with the old one that was fitted by another company. The price was competitive and transparent. Couldn't be happier, I'll only use them in future.

Had a new boiler fitted changing over to a combi system.
2 lads came Lee and Carl to fit the boiler.
Cracking lads I have to say.
Very professional and extremely hard working.
Full strip out, new boiler and pipework layed in a day and a half.
Lads explained everything as they were fitting and answered all of Lisa's questions (sorry Lee) ha ha!!
Have to say our home has never been as hot.
Shower works so much better and they even fixed a radiator in the sun room which hadn't worked for quite a while.
Can't fault this company and would highly recommend to any one needing a new boiler.

From the initial survey, to the quote and then the install, all done within a week, with minimal fuss. The installer turned up early morning and was done by lunchtime, even replacing the broken radiator bleed valve. Tidied up and cleaned the area, also disposing of the old boiler. Quick, efficient service and a comparable price to other companies.

Adam Wilde ripped me off.. charged me £270 to fix my boiler but didn't...stay well clear of this person and his rusty toolbox

All my many questions were answered clearly in the initial survey and I was helped to choose the most appropriate boiler for my needs from the choices that were my advised options. The installation was on time, fast and efficient even though the old boiler posed a few problems to remove. The workings of the new boiler were clearly explained in the context of my stated normal usage preferences. All the paperwork and user instructions were left for me and all the functionality was carefully checked over. In addition everything was left clean and tidy and all rubbish and the old boiler was taken away. These guys are proud of their reputation and do their utmost to maintain it.

First class job from start to finish, arrived promptly, straight on with the job, finished in double quick time, no mess left and explained everything about the new system, and how it works. Couldn't fault Lee and Nathan.

Nathan and his team did a great job in removing the old back boiler and fitting a new baxi combi and all new gas piping in March .Very little mess and all done in under two days! The boiler went off yesterday but Nathan came round the very next day and found the problem was a faulty socket which he replaced at no charge.Highly recommended .
