Goods arrived after the gift recipient had left the country ,even factoring in the weekend and a bank holiday the 48 hour delivery I paid for took 96 hours plus! Ironically the micro sd card could have been put in an envelope and posted first class for less and arrived quicker !

Found what I wanted ! Ordered x2 phones - cheaper than local, received both within a few days. Both perfectly working. Fast n quality - reasonably priced. Postage fast.

A straight forward, easy purchase, and delivered exactly at the beginning of the time slot allocated.
The only hiccup was when trying to register for an account, there was no immediate indication that it was successful, which left me a little uneasy, but it was resolved the following day.

I did get a quick response but they didn't suggest any solutions other than to return the item or take it to a shop. As I didn't want to return the item and it was a few days before I could get to a shop, I ended up googling the problem and sorted it myself.

I had an excellent experience selling my used mobile phone to CeX.

I accidentally forgot to include my name and order number inside the parcel, but a customer service representative, Mohit, quickly resolved the issue. He asked me to send a clear photo of my Royal Mail receipt and flagged my parcel to the CeX team, ensuring everything was matched correctly. His prompt and helpful support gave me real confidence in the process.
Before choosing CeX, I also received offers from other mobile-buying companies in the UK. Either their offers were significantly lower, or their customer service took over a week to respond to a simple query. In comparison, CeX stood out with a competitive price and outstanding customer service.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. CeX has earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking to sell their used devices.

You get what you pay for and a bit more. Which is a good thing. I spoke to a member of staff in store and although they didn’t have the camera I wanted. Ordering it online was quick and easy and when it came it packaged well. And so far it’s working great 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Purchased 6 box set dvd 2 with missing discs. Requested replacements. Now complete.

You never know what you're going to get but I have to say I got very lucky with the dvd I bought. The disc, the case and the sleeve were all in perfect condition. The price of the dvd was reasonable, however the price of shipping is a bit steep, especially if you're buying multiple items, paying £3 shipping PER item is daylight robbery (something CEX are experts at). I also cannot get hold of any £1 dvds coz staff are throwing them straight in the bin and/or CEX will not post them. A shop like CEX should be preserving these things, especially with physical media being phased out, instead they are part of the problem. To be honest I wouldn't shop with CEX anymore but unfortunately I don't have much choice.
