Placed and won a qualifying bet for the…

Placed and won a qualifying bet for the Bet £10 Get £30 promotion, but the free bets were never credited.

I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times:

- live chat has been greyed out/unavailable four days,
- email support has not replied to my two emails in four days
- and there’s no way to resolve the issue through the app.

The qualifying bet met the stated requirements and settled successfully.

Very frustrating customer support experience so far.

Prior to the Ronnie O'Sullivan v He Guoquiang game I placed 4 bets with this company.
Ronnie to win frames 1 and 2
Ronnie to lead after 4 frames
Ronnie to lead after6 frames
Ronnie to win frames 1.2 and 3
Ronnie was 4-0 up at around 345pm

2 bets were settled promptly. Ronnie to win frames1,2 and 3 and Ronnie to lead after 4 frames.

When Ronnie was 4-0 up I placed 2 bets on Ronnie to lead 6-0 and 1 bet on him to win frames6.7 and 8.

The above 3 bets were settled very promptly.

At around 7pm I noticed that the bets on Ronnie to win Frames 1 and 2 and Ronnie to lead after 6 frames remained unsettled.

I went on to live chat and spoke with Jane. I explained the situation and asked why some bets involving frames 6, 7 and 8 had been settled but not bets on frames 1 and 2 result known at 3.15pm and Ronnie to lead after 6 frames result known at 3.45pm.

She gave me the answer that the match was in play and I would have to wait until the end of the match for my bets to be settled even though some of the bets had been settled.
The match resumes at 2.30pm tomorrow 22/04.
These betting companies nowadays are so sharp at telling you how much you can deposit and put deposit limits on you without knowing your situation even though you have told them the truth.
Having just checked my account both outstanding bets have been settled. So much for having to wait until the end of the match tomorrow.
Who came up with that rubbish and told Jane the same ?
The snooler World Championship is live on numerous networks and World Snooker have a site with frame by frame scores. Clearly Unibet are unable to check on these sites delaying settlement of bets by 6 hours.
Attrocious Customer Service. I will be having less bets with this company. I have raised a complaint.
