I went into this process very sceptical, but the experience was excellent. We worked with Derek and he worked with me, answered all my silly questions, and took us step by step through the entire process. He gave us a timeline and delivered to that. The application process was simple, the appraisal and inspection were easy to organize and execute and closing went without a hitch as well. I can't speak highly enough of Derek and the team.

Overall I was pleased, it just took months longer than I expected. Demetrios was great! But it seemed like he was waiting on others in the company a lot, maybe understaffed? In the end I would use them again, but I think they could use some more efficient methods.
