Was in a wreck that was other drivers fault. Vault has been easy to work with and just got my reimbursement for rental car I needed.

Refused premium payment while policy was still active as a mechanism to cancel policy because a claim was filed. Claim was ultimately denied then sent falsified paperwork to new insurance company which created undue hardship and costs in finding new coverage. Its companies like this that give the insurance providers a terrible reputation.

The 1st claim never went through (reportedly some glitch with the payment system), however, I only heard about when I called after so much time had passed. In the end, a check was overnighted to me.

Linda lost the marquis diamond off her wedding ring when our dog jumped on her and dislodged it. It fell into the snow and we never found it. This was 3 years ago. She finally gave up looking for it and we filed a claim with Vault under the jewelry policy where it was listed along with its appraisal. Vault paid for the new diamond with no problem. Thanks!!! Her ring now looks great!

Vault handled our claim in the most inappropriate manner I have seen from an insurance company in a long time.
Vaults hired Engineer was completely negligent and fraudulent.
We had to hire our own independent engineer to put the report together to show all of the hail damage. It was very easy for them in their pictures matched the pictures first submitted by our roofer.
Vaults engineer essentially said there was no damage, but there was physical damage all over our roof that anyone could see.
I would not recommend vault to anyone whatsoever even though they paid our claim once we submitted our engineers report.
My understanding is that vault is trying to compete with nationwide private client Along with Chubb and other high-end insurers.
Vault is nowhere near the class of those high insurers

My Agent just called me and told me that he received a letter of non-renewal. He asked why and they would not give him a reason. I makes me believe that because we had a claim, even though it was a no fault claim, that they are not renewing us.
