Would 100% recommend, as someone who has used a number of other remittsnce platforms

After my previous remittance platform went down, I discovered and started using Verto, and I have to say, I've been pleasantly surprised. They are very professional and regulated, but once onboarded, their rates are very competitive and their customer service is top-notch. Would 100% recommend.

Verto has become part of my business

We use Verto to pay our suppliers in Europe, and it has been hitch-free and seamless so far. The sales reps & business dev team members are very helpful and formal.
Verto onboarding is very strict, but understandable, considering regulation.

Support Experience

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company, you want you money tied up and unable to withdraw, then my all means use them, a client paid via credit card, almost 49 days and I'm still fighting to get my funds from them, although the money was withdrawn from my clients credit card, stay away people, NO customer service, they not giving a .......

Approving new beneficiaries

The overall service is good. But the approval process for new beneficiaries take more time (in my case more than a week) and that is very frustrating if you need to pay supplier invoices and want to make international payments.

One of the customer support team Ashley, I want to appreciate him for his services. Always quickly responding emails and following up cases seriously. He unlocks for me in the process and my rate could have been 1-2 stars with out his support.

Reliable, Fast, and Great for Global Payments

We’ve been using VertoFX for over a year and we’re genuinely very happy with it. Transfers are fast, the platform is fully digital, and their customer service replies quickly whenever we need help. David from their support team has been especially helpful and always makes things easy for us. The exchange rates are great, and being able to pay suppliers in their own currency has opened up options for us and made our purchases cheaper. It’s been a really solid solution for our international payments.

Untrustworthy financial app bad costumer service

Their app is not working with some transactions and made mistake. The service to give solution horrible .. they just wait other banks to solve a problem that is theirs... And the the kind of transaction has problem so then u can trust. There is no explanation. Now I am risking my business... With more than 2000 usd that I don't know if I will recover. .. they are telling me to wait up to 15 days .. that depend if the bank is able to help... Very not serious services. Horrible experience.
