We have had bad experience with this company. When returning the car, no one in the office. The company have changed additionally without clarification- tried to contact couple of times- no reply.

I booked the car for three days, insurance included, and picked it up from Viaggiare Rent. The next day, the car broke down; Europcar Assistance assessed the issue and towed the vehicle away. To provide a replacement car, Viaggiare demanded an extra €250, claiming the insurance was purchased through DoYouItaly rather than Viaggiare directly and that DoYouItaly would issue the refund. I refused and did not take another car, yet they withheld €275 from my deposit. Despite speaking by phone with Viaggiare and sending emails, I have received neither a refund nor a response. It is an unreliable, shady, fly-by-night operation.The Viaggeare employees at the Pescara airport are very impertinent and arrogant and speak very little English. A bad experience that can ruin your vacation. TI DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Excellent experience with Viaggiare Car at Pescara Airport! Monica was very friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. The registration was quick and easy. The car was brand new and perfect for driving around Abruzzo. Returning the car was also very convenient. I travel to Pescara often and will definitely use Viaggiare Car again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and professional car rental service at Pescara Airport! Thank you, Monica, for the excellent service!

We hired a car from their Pescara location. The car was damaged & dirty and had no petrol but unfortunately as we had arrived late in the evening & had to get to our destination we were not able to address this problem. We returned the car and we were charged 25 euros for cleaning. We addressed our disappointment as we did not leave the car in a mess as it was in poor state already. They tried to provide photos of the interior but they were not of our car that we rented . The are committing fraud and sending fake photos of other cars pretending to be the car we hired. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and unacceptable. Do not use this company

We hired a car with Viaggiare that had no end of damages, one bar of fuel, dirty inside with cigarette ends left in the car and stinking of cigarette smoke. When we returned the car and after returning back to UK, Viaggiare then charged us for cleaning the car. They provided interior photos of a random car that was not the car we had hired! Not even the same colour interior! We are four mature ladies with some integrity and standards - Viaggiare falsely took money to clean up their disgusting quality of cars! Car cleaning at our expense! Absolute con men and wouldn’t recommend them! Dishonest!

Turned up at pescara airport [there where 4 couples] waited 30 minuites for them to turn up when they did they advised they had no cars and then they locked their office and left the airport leaving all of us in the airport with no car and no help....we had to hire a car from another company last minuite at great expense.....as we waited somone actually advised us not to use them as they got charged £700 for damage to a car that wasnt even on the car when it was dropped off but this didnt happen until they arrived back home so they could not fight it....so avoid at all cost pay a bit extra and go with a reputible company

I booked car through doyouitaly website. It showed really good price and i paid deposit so į rented a car in Viaggiare. When I arrived to airport car rental said, because I want to use debit not credit card my price would be double. But I had no chose so I agreed to pay. Car was OK. When I returned it, I got a cleaning fee - 25 eur. They send me pictures where they said, tat the car was dirty . I really didn't expected that I had to vacuum rental car before returning it. Especially under the carpets as it was shown in photos. Their claim was - car must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Be aware that if you don't want to pay extra 25 eur, you will have to vacuum and wash car :)

Good company to deal with - no problems

Rented the car for 1 week, the employees were nice and helpful.
The plus is that insurances are already included in the price.

À bit hard to find the car on arrival.
Car was fine except that there was no window cleaner fluid, which is a security requirement. Return was really easy thanks to Nicola who was very helpful.
