I returned two bedside tables, which were collected from my address.

After waiting for over a month—far exceeding the legal 14-day deadline for refunds—and only because I emailed to chase them up, they issued a refund for ONLY ONE of the bedside tables.

When I questioned the missing money, they replied that I need to 'request the return' of the second table. This makes no sense whatsoever: both items have been in the company's possession for weeks. By forcing me to submit a new return request, they will be charging me additional shipping fees for an item they have already collected.

Curiously, I see the company replying to other reviews claiming that customers 'were outside the legal deadline,' yet the company itself ignores the law by withholding my money for over a month. I demand an immediate refund of the remaining balance.

At one point your website said a small shipment to Spain would be 4.90 when I checked out to pay the system identified the shipment as small but charged 9.90

I’m still waiting for a lamp which I bought it 6 months ago! They tried to deliver 2 times it and both of them the lamp was broken. Now they want me te give them the lamp with the original box (and of course, it’s impossible to have it an original box after 6 months) to be able to get my refund as I refuse to try to get the product again. I’m so stupid buying from them after seeing the reviews, please don’t do the same

Took very long time to deliver (ordered in December, delivery in mid April).

Once finally delivered the furniture, had obvious small cracks in the wood. It appears they manufacture the furniture from wood that has not been properly seasoned (dried/aged) and so after glue-up the wood cracks. For the price of the furniture and simplicity of construction this is unacceptable.

2 of 7 pieces have obvious cracks. Given how long we had to wait for delivery, we opted to just return one of the 2 cracked pieces (with the worst cracking).

Wabi Home customer service does not appear to exist. Any contact you make seems to be met with automated template emails (or really really bad AI). It is obvious nobody is reading your emails or going to help with the issue.

You have to use "itsrever" to request/process return and the return request has been pending for a week already with zero response from Wabi Home.

Very likely we will have to dispute part of the charge with the bank since WabiHome does not take any responsibility as a merchant.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Update:
After leaving this review, WabiHome got in touch very quickly. Will report back on how well they resolve this, but at least the return request has been acknowledged now. Unfortunate it takes leaving a negative review to get customer service.

Big problems with delivery. Sent about 30 emails to Wabi but GLS still cannot complete the delivery

First and last purchase from this brand!
I have purchased 6 chairs and 3 of them arrived broken ; I have unpacked them only 33 days after the arrival because I was away from home, and immediately communicate with the brand to ask for a refund. The chairs are fragile and the ones that are not broken will be after a short period of use. the construction is very fragile. The brand says the date to aplly for refund has passed and does not offer any solution ! I will send the case to the consumer protection authorities. Really bad product and client service.

⚠️ Warning to Potential Customers

I purchased a furniture set (4 chairs + 1 table) in August for €1,600, and to this day it has still not been delivered.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the company, customer service has not responded in any meaningful way.

I am now connected with two other customers facing the same issue of non-delivery and lack of communication. We are being represented by a law firm (through a close friend) to address this situation and to help prevent other customers from going through the same experience.

If you are in a similar situation — goods not delivered for months, no refund, no response — feel free to contact me. We are gathering evidence to support our case.

The TV Set corresponds to the expectations. Excellent professionals and great quality product. The time to deliver was exactly what was announced. Very friendly on all contacts.

no reply on phone and takes 2 weeks to receive a reply?

Don't buy anything from them. We bought a table in January, and we haven't received anything yet. They just stall, and rarely respond to emails and calls. We bought a table of 1000 euros, and never received it. And their support is non existent.
We are still trying to get our money back

I ordered a wooden console at the beginning of July 2025. The delivery date was postponed twice. Last delivery date in late July. We are at the beginning of September and I still don't have the product I ordered and paid! And I don't know when it will be delivered, if at all. They don't even answer my emails anymore. TO AVOID!

I ordered a bed head and bed side tables for a bit more than 700 euros. The expected delivery was to be on the 15th July. We are now the 8th of August and still nothing. I asked at the end of July, Wabi Home by email, to make sure that it is being delivered before the 8th of August as I was going to be on holidays until the end of August. There response was : the package is getting ready in our warehouse. The delivery company will let you know 30 minutes before getting to your place.
Which was not what I asked... 30min is not a notice delivery when you are supposed to receive a BIG head bed, heavy and fragile ! I asked again to make sure that they tell the delivery company to deliver before the 8th of august. They never replied. I saw that the order is now being delivered except the XPO delivery company says that it will deliver on a Friday night at 11pm... When I will be away. Wabi home is not responding, the delivery company neither... So this is not great communication!!! They are going to be at the front of my door, when I am away for 2 weeks... Waste of time for the delivery company! And How knows where my package will end up ! For more that 700 euros this is not a great service !!! I tried to call them on their Spanish number, they never replied ! To avoid !!

It took more time than expected ( 1 month more), but the wood table was good.

The delivery was 3 weeks later than the originally predicted date, but the headboard I ordered eventually came, and looks beautiful. I was already aware of the 5 month delivery times when I placed the order, and from the other reviews here, I expected further delays, but I have no regrets since the product is exactly as in the pictures, and exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth buying if you are not in a hurry.

3 months to deliver a table

Ordered a bed end of October 2024 they kept extend the delivery date forward, now end of April 2025 still no date for the delivery. I am happy that I ordered via PayPal so I can refund my payment, as no delivery made.

I ordered a sofa at the beginning of December and still no news at the end of March! The customer service does not reply after multiple emails or share any updates on the delivery situation. Do not buy from this site!!
