We asked three local estate agents to come and value our property in Vigo, Kent, one of whom was Stuart Reynolds from the Ward and Partners office in Meopham. Stuart was extremely professional and honest right from our initial introduction. He brought statistics and information about the recent sales and property searches in the area, and answered our questions promptly and informatively. He suggested that an open day on the property would be worthwhile and showed us the results of other open days for properties in the area. His professionalism and knowledge was streets ahead of the other two estate agents and we decided to proceed with Ward and Partners.
The particulars were put together quickly and in an extremely detailed fashion which we were very impressed with. We also had a chance to add our own comments which was a really nice touch, particularly as we'd invested a lot of time and effort into doing the property up. The photography was arranged shortly after this and Ward and Partners had uploaded our property details onto all of the various property sites within a few hours of our approval. Subsequently we then immediately had access to see the visit statistics from the website as well as the ability to view all the bookings for the open day.

Arrie and Rosie from the Meopham office got in contact with us regularly during the marketing stage leading up to the open day. They were extremely helpful and informed us of what could be expected. On the morning of the open day both Arrie and Rosie turned up an hour ahead of the first appointment, as arranged, so that we could show them around the property and give them the information that the potential buyers might require. We then left them in the property to show people around whilst we went for a coffee. Both of the girls were extremely polite and professional and made us feel very comfortable with leaving them in the property whilst we were absent. After the final viewing Ward and Partners promptly got in contact with us to inform us of the four offers we had received, we were of course delighted. Stuart guided us through the best steps to take given that we had four offers and we were confident that he would secure us the best offer which they did and we subsequently sold the property and moved into our new property three months later.

Everything with Ward and Partners was spot on! The team at the Meopham office really could not do enough for us. Every phone call was answered, if one of the team were unavailable they called us back promptly, without fail!
