Great service from Morgan and team, system is simple to understand and the cashflow has allowed us to grow as a business!

First of all, I would like to say that all our business and contact with Waylog has been 5 out of 5 stars, from start until now. The support and process from Morgan A has been fantastic, and I’m a salesperson myself, so I don’t use those words lightly.

Our business was contacted by Morgan at Waylog at the start of 2025. At that time, we decided not to move forward with Waylog. Morgan did exactly what a great salesperson would do, he contacted us again at the start of 2026, and after a dialogue, we decided to move forward with Waylog this time.

The system is very easy to use and understand, and the payment process is both quick and smooth.

Highly recommended for businesses that are growing and need help funding their inventory.

I spoke to a number of other lenders when looking for trade finance, but the experience was frustrating. Most either declined the opportunity outright or told me the process would take months, which simply wasn’t workable for my situation. I needed funding quickly to cover a short-term cash flow gap caused by delays with my containers arriving.

On top of that, they were always available on WhatsApp or by phone whenever I needed an update or had a question, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout.

I even met them in person a few weeks later, and they were exactly the same face-to-face — professional, approachable, and clearly committed to helping businesses succeed. It felt like dealing with people who genuinely care, rather than just another finance company.

They clearly went the extra mile to push my application through their credit team and make it happen when I really needed support. I can’t thank Morgan, Oscar, and the team enough. in my opinion this company is a some sort of scam as I have used it once and everything was fine and then on second ocassion I have uploaded invoices and have been assured by email that payment will. be made on a date I have provided and few days later they emailed :

,,We have identified discrepancies that prevent us from proceeding further under the current agreement.

As a result, we will be closing your account and will not be able to offer continued support at this time.,,

This puts our company at risk and it is absolutely unacceptable. Very unreliable service so avoid at all costs.
