I said yes to the dress in the Manchester store

I said yes to the dress in the Manchester store yesterday. It was an amazing experience and Chloe was just brilliant. She listened to what I liked and didn't like and found some gorgeous dresses for me to try on. Chloe was very friendly as were all the ladies in the shop. I didn't want the experience to end as I had such a lovely time. Would highly reccomend!

Visited Arndale branch

Visited Arndale branch. Already had my dress, just needed a veil. The first woman who welcomed us wasn’t great, appeared to be the boss. Anyway, a lovely lady called Millie took over… she was really friendly and helpful, the 2 starts are literally for her, wouldn’t have given any otherwise! Anyway, chose veil, got to till and the bossy lady took over. Was fuming that I wouldn’t pay more for a box and hanger for veil! Millie asked if she should wrap it lightly in tissue and this boss insisted she didn’t and told her just to put it in bag. This women then asked Millie if the other woman was going to buy the ribbon… Millie said no, but she did offer it… the boss was clearly annoyed about this. I felt like it was all about the upsell… not by Millie but my the boss… on a side note… the veil cost £75… had I known that I wouldn’t have bought it… I wouldn’t advise anyone else to pay this price, can get exactly the same standard from Shein!

Hannah at the central London branch was…

Hannah at the central London branch was amazing. So helpful and made the experience fun. No matter how indecisive I was, she was patient and always stayed positive. Great experience and glad it was her i bought my dress from. Totally different experience to the Brighton branch.

Pleasant east experience

Friendly and helpful staff

Friendly and helpful staff. Listened to what I liked and gave advice. Was very nervous but the staff made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I left the Norwich store with my dream dress and bridesmaid dresses.

From nervous to saying yes to the dress!

I honestly can’t recommend Wed2Be Exeter enough. I went in thinking I’d just try a few dresses on, but ended up finding the dress!

A huge thank you to Elsie, who made the whole experience so special. I was a bit nervous going in, but she made me feel comfortable straight away. She really listened to what I liked, was so patient, and somehow picked out a dress I probably wouldn’t have chosen myself—but it turned out to be the one!

There was never any pressure, just lots of encouragement and genuine excitement when I found my dress. Thank you, Elsie, for making such a big moment in my wedding journey so memorable. I’ll always look back on it with a smile. 💕👰🏼‍♀️💍

I had a very pleasant experience…

I had a very pleasant experience shopping for my wedding dress at Wed2B. From the initial selection to the guidance and advice throughout the appointment, the ladies at the Hull branch were absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable.

There was a minor issue with my dress after my purchase, but when I contacted the customer service team, they resolved everything quickly and without any hassle. They were genuinely kind, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Wed2B to any bride-to-be. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy to resolve!

The ladies were fantastic really helped…

The ladies were fantastic really helped me discover the style based off my likes and dislikes from different dresses and I’ve walked away with my perfect dress. Would have benefited from some refreshments as I was really dry mouthed part way through but just minor in the whole experience

Felt super looked after and got my dream dress!

I went in having quite few ideas of what I would like for our special day, we were straight away welcomed by a member of staff and once we were all checked in Tara became our main assistant. She was very knowledgeable, very patient too and tried her absolute best to find exactly what I was looking for, suggesting also possible alterations until.. she hit the nail on the head and found exactly my dream dress! In the changing room she was also very respectful of my privacy and directed me exactly how to fit in the dresses without making me feel uncomfortable. My husband is going to faint at the altar! 🥹Amazing experience! Thank you so much Tara!!

A seamless wedding dress shopping experience!

I had a wonderful experience picking my wedding dress at Wed2B in Liverpool. Julie was so helpful and made the whole try on process seamless. I ended up picking a dress I would have never dreamed of picking off the rail thanks to her and I’m so glad I went with it. I can’t wait to wear it on our big day!

Indecisive bride found the perfect dress

From the moment I walked into Wed2b in Camberley it was so relaxed and such a nice experience. Exactly what I needed to be able to make such a huge decision! Nikki was absolutely fabulous and so patient with me only having the slightest idea of what I thought I wanted. She listened to what I wanted and genuinely magicked my dream dress right up, first dress I tried on could not be beaten! But I tried a few others just in case but when you know, you know! Such a wonderful experience, would highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience at the Milton Keynes store. I had left it last minute so delighted I walked away with my perfectly fitted dress the same day. The consultant was attentive and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my likes and dislikes. Her first pick was 'the one'. I would highly recommend.

Disappointing experience!

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely disappointing experience I had during my recent appointment at your Liverpool store.

Wedding dress shopping is meant to be a special and memorable experience, but unfortunately mine left me upset, uncomfortable, and completely unheard.

From the beginning of the appointment, I felt that my preferences and requests were ignored. I clearly stated that I am a size 8–10, yet I was repeatedly given dresses in sizes 12–14 which were visibly too large and hanging off me. This made me feel uncomfortable and did not allow me to properly visualise the dresses.

I was also told there was “no limit” to how many dresses I could try on, but later during the appointment I was informed I could not try on any more dresses after around five. This felt contradictory and rushed the entire experience.
In addition, I explained the style of dresses I liked and specifically mentioned that I did not want strappy dresses. Despite this, I was brought three strappy dresses that were neither my style nor my size. I still tried them on to be polite, but it wasted valuable time that could have been spent trying dresses I actually liked.

I had arrived prepared with screenshots of dresses I was interested in, yet only one of the dresses I showed was actually offered for me to try on. I also specifically asked to try the “Ryder” dress and was met with the comment:
“I’m tempted to say you can’t try any others on as you like the Lourdes one the best.”
I found this rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. The entire purpose of wedding dress shopping is to explore different options and feel supported in doing so.

Similarly, as soon as I showed interest in the “Lourdes” dress, I was discouraged from trying on anything else. I felt pressured rather than helped.

Another upsetting moment was when I was not allowed to try my favourite dress back on (Lourdes) after initially being told it would be fine and after informing the staff member’s manager. I was told that I would “nit pick too much,” which made me feel as though the priority was simply making a sale rather than helping me feel confident in such an important purchase.

I also found Amber the staff member rude and blunt throughout the appointment. At one stage, she came up to me when my family were looking at the dresses and commented that they were choosing dresses that were “not my style” and said she wanted to warn me, which felt unprofessional and embarrassing.

To make matters worse, I noticed that a dress advertised online at £999 was suddenly quoted to me at £1,199 in store. This price increase was never properly explained and added further frustration to an already upsetting experience.

She also complained to her manager about us saying how we’ve tried on ‘so’ many dresses (I was in my 5th dress, 3 of which I didn’t even want to try on but she brought over anyway) By the end of the appointment, I felt so uncomfortable. However, I still feel strongly that this experience needs to be formally acknowledged and addressed.

This appointment completely ruined what should have been a happy and exciting milestone for me. I left feeling judged, dismissed, pressured, and extremely disappointed by the level of customer service I received.

Amazing

I went to the Southampton shop and I had Tara who helped me with my dresses and she was amazing. I didnt feel rushed she answered all my questions I had. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything,but I did say yes to my dress.
