I came into the Kirkstall store, Harriet greeted us with a lovely warm welcome. I was after a vow renewal dress, so as an older ‘bride’ I wasn’t made to feel like I wasn’t as worthy than a first time bride!
Harriet picked out exactly what I asked
For and made me feel so special.
She was amazing and so helpful.

My name is Rebecca, I visited the Bromley Store on Saturday, for my first ever Bridal Dress experience.
Arrived nervous, but excited, as soon as I was greeted by Faye (My Bridal Consultant) and she explained how the dress fittings worked and got an understanding of the styles I was after, all my nerves disappeared, with each dress tried on.
All were stunning, but Faye aced it with dress No.3!
There was absolutely no pressure of feeling like I had to purchase a dress at all, but within a couple of hours, I was back purchasing 'THE DRESS' being greeted with delight from Faye.
She took, 'I said Yes to the Dress' photo's with myself and entourage, kindly having a photo with me too, which was really lovely!
Overall, I can't fault Faye at all, she was absolutely amazing involving us all.
She is an asset to your store and was so invested in my journey, that she's asked us to return with photo's of Our Special Day, which to me, shows how much she deeply cares for her Brides to Be!

Bromley store is lovely

Fatema (apologise I’m not 100% on the spelling) in the Bournemouth store was absolutely amazing. I was incredibly nervous and she made me feel so settled, she made sure my party were involved in all decisions made in the dresses and she really listened what I wanted and didn’t want. She explained the process really well on how Wed2Be worked. Even though the store didn’t have many of the choices in wedding dresses that I wanted to try on, she found dresses as close to as possible and even dresses made by the same designers as ones on my list. I ended up finding my dress and left a very very happy lady! Thank you so much!!

Lovely selection of dresses. Arrived just after opening and consultants were already busy with customers so added to queue system. Once it was my turn I was asked what I was looking for. My dress was the second pick. Job done.

Visited Glasgow Forge today after feeling deflated, confused and stressed about previous dress trials elsewhere. I was immediately approached by Mirren who took me around the shop explaining designers and styles and left me to have a little browse before coming back over and taking me through for a consultation. I explained what I hadn’t liked before and what I would like to try and was open minded but just wanted to feel good as I hadn’t in previous gowns. Mirren took so much time and care with me picking a dress better each time until I found the perfect gown that made me feel amazing! Prices where affordable while quality and fit where amazing and the dress I said yes too will require minimal alteration as it ticked pretty much every box. The only downside to the dress I liked was it was sleeveless however I was then shown it with a couple of different sleeve straps that can be altered on and this just made it perfect! Thank you Mirren for giving me an amazing experience and I can’t wait to wear it! Would 100% recommend popping in if you are feeling completely lost and overwhelmed like I was.

First question notes what when wrong? What went right..nothing. Horrible experience. Have contacted customer services so will see what response I get meantime.

I spend a wonderful morning at the shop and the ladies were incredible helpful and patient. And guess what? I did find MY dress

I’m not a girly girl and I felt they understood exactly what I wanted and I even shed a lil tear … went in with a dress in mind and it was the first ever dress I tried on an I knew it was the one

There was no pressure to find the dress let you try on as many as you like made you feel comfortable listened to what you want. We went to the Bristol shop and Mari helped me find the one thank you

We had the best experience with gabby she was really listening to what I wanted and also had me trying on dresses I didn’t think I would like on me but I absolutely loved them and I found my dream dress! Can’t recommend them girls enough

I had the best experience at Wed 2 Be in Chelmsford, with Amy. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and she picked out some lovely dresses for me. The customer service was amazing and I really enjoyed my experience there!

Found my dream dress with the help of Enna! She was unbelievably attentive and made me so comfortable during the whole process! It’s as if Enna knew exactly what I had envisioned and allowed me to try different styles before pulling ‘The One’. I couldn’t recommend Wed2be more! Returning soon for bridesmaids dresses 😊

My experience was amazing!!! Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She made sure she understood likes and dislikes. This was my very first experience of trying on wedding dresses and I found my dream dress almost instantly. I was allowed to take my time and try on the dresses at my own pace and even when I found my dream dress I was allowed to take my time admiring it and having a large group of my family and friends was never an issue. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful! X

They were all very helpful, and gab helped me find my perfect dress, so happy I found the dress of my dreams!

I loved the experience and the bridal expert however.. a few days later I went through the boxes and I had a load of stuff added I didn’t want like a blue charm, dressing gown etc so it left a me to feel so disappointed. I did sign the receipt how ever I was on cloud 9 and distract so I didn’t notice the dressing etc. if I had of been asked I would have said no to the dressing gown and the stuff that was added that did not want or need. I do obviously know the extra charges for the bag, hangers and stuff but the dressing gown and token and other bits I didn’t want and been left super annoyed.
Just simple respect to ask yes or no if brides want extras. I have 2 disabled toddlers and every penny counts.
