These Two Men even put my drapes back up and moved my night stand and dresser out the way and put everything back in place when they finished.

The whole process went smoothly, from initial quote, to ordering, through installation.

The process would have gone fast if they would have contact my HOA instead of having me deal with it. The weather was cold the time of stallation and a cold barrier could have been used. When I asked the installer if they were going to use one he said they normally don't do it. When I asked the sales man he said they work as quickly as possible to install the patio door. When I asked the installer why it was cold when he had the patio door installed he said because they keep going in and out and the door is left open.

Great experience from start to finish. The initial app was booked quickly and it was on a Sunday. The sales rep, Jeff, was prepared, organized and explained the product and the entire process in detail. I was kept current every step of the way. The installers were efficient and quick as was the final walk through. I did finance the project and that was clearly explained. I am very pleased.

When I questioned the installers about the windows being much smaller than the opening, he got loud with me and was very disrespectful. I called the company 3 times on the day of installation and got no response. The next day I get a text from the person that measured the windows. I called him instead of texting. He was also disrespectful and told me I don't know what I am talking about. Absolute horrible treatment from this company. The salesman called me back and apologized, said he would talk to management. I have heard nothing ever since. I do not recommend using this company.

We have been waiting since summer for a replacement window. After some initial confusion it was scheduled to be installed yesterday. I waited patiently from 12-5 PM. No one came and no one called. I called Windows Nation @ 4 PM and was told that I would be called in the morning. I wasn’t. I had to call. I was told that someone would call me back. Finally, about two hours later I was called back. Long story short, the person who was supposed to contact me yesterday was off. Even worse, the replacement window is damaged so I’m now waiting for a new one to be made. January or February? Let’s just say this has not been a good experience.

Everything went according to plan, from the beginning with the scheduling of the windows measurements to the final installation of the windows, Window Nation's crew of workers were on time and very professionals.

Poor Installation and horrible customer service

The installers were not mindful about closing windows when they were finished installing them. It was freezing cold. They broke a window. They ended up walking through my house with wet muddy boots. They were there from 8 to 530. There is no receipt or paperwork to close out the job there is nobody to talk to about when the broken window would be replaced. My interactions were not professional or kind. There is no conversation about the installation. Process and what was being done. I should not have had to wait 2 1/2 months for windows.

Several times communication was dropped on your end. Also we were not satisfied with the installation process. After attempts we finally got a representative that knew the problem and how to solve the issues we were concerned with at the time. Currently we are waiting to see the improvements. We would like continue working with window nation sense we have more projects. Hopefully this was just a hiccup in service.

The windows are beautiful. The installers were very thorough and professional.

Excellent and on time for the install appointment. Very experienced and knowledgeable about windows. Did. Very nice finish work. Great install team! Excellent measure tech and exterior consultant —provided accurate measure sizing for the windows and helpful info about financing the project.

The installation crew did an excellent job! I examined every window and I didn’t have to touch up any paint. The caulking was superb. Their cleanup inside and outside was more than I expected. This was all done in December with snow still on the ground. My installers—Peter and Luke were the best!

The men were very polite and did agreat Jon fixing my screen and the piece of wood That was loose.

Has been just one day, but the installers were quick, professional and cleaned up when done. Windows look good, and so far they seem to be keeping the cold out and not in,

Seamless experience from the sales presentation by Adam measurement,constant updates on the production from Tiffany,and then a outstanding installation from Alex and his team,who worked no stop in 17 degree temps till everything was perfect. Thank You Greg M
