So cute! Wish there were more options for customizing the characters like more hair colors or hair styles for the dad
I purchased a personalised Father’s Day book from Wonderbly for approximately $120 AUD. Given the price, and the additional costs for a gift box, alternative cover and lay-flat binding, I expected the finished product and presentation to be of a high standard. Unfortunately, the book arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and was offered either a replacement or store credit towards another book. While I appreciated being offered a replacement, I was disappointed that a refund was not offered. I chose to have the book resent. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived again with sticky residue on the cover and a damaged gift box. This was particularly disappointing as the book was purchased as a gift and I had paid extra for the gift box and other upgrades. I was also surprised by the lack of protective packaging. The book was not bubble wrapped or otherwise well protected, which seems inadequate for a personalised item costing around $120. Having two separate deliveries arrive with damage has made me question the level of quality control and care taken with packaging. I appreciate that damage can sometimes occur during delivery, but when it happens twice, it is difficult not to feel that more could have been done to protect the product. The book itself was also not of the quality I expected for the price. While the idea of a personalised book is lovely, I don't feel the finished product represented good value for money, particularly after paying extra for the various options. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience. For $120 AUD, I expected better quality, better packaging and a product that arrived in a condition suitable for giving as a gift. Given this, I do not recommend Wonderbly.

Absolutely amazing! I’m so happy with the book I ordered. The quality is beautiful, it was even better than I expected, and you can tell so much care has gone into making it. Such a special keepsake that we’ll treasure for years. I would definitely recommend!
