Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. This is the first time I purchased an eSIM, as I usually get a SIM from Saudi. Several family members also bought them, and I’d say most were useless, which can’t be a coincidence.
It was really stressful trying to keep in touch with people in such a busy place without a mobile phone. I know this awful company will reply, “Send us your SIM number and we will look into it.” I sent them the SIM numbers and several email addresses, but never got a response. What a surprise. The reason they didn't reply to me was beacse I was asking for a refund for each of the SIMs, which didn't work.
Avoid purchasing from them. There are many better eSIM companies. I personally will always go to Saudi and get a SIM from there. I found them reliable and also much cheaper.

Hugely disappointing, ordered a sim card 18 days ago, now stuck in a round of chatbots and promises to deal with in with al haste. Not confident will ever see anything. Really poor customer service and would not at this stage recommend. They take the money and then nothing.

I’m very satisfied with the experience. The data connection is impressively fast and reliable. I was able to browse, stream, and stay connected without noticeable slowdowns. Call quality has also been excellent. The clarity of both incoming and outgoing calls is consistent, with minimal interference or dropouts. Messaging through roaming is just as reliable texts are delivered quickly without delays, which is something I really value when communicating internationally. Customer service deserves special mention as well. Shouout to Cathy :) The support team was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although I did encounter some delivery issues initially, it was clear that these were beyond their control. What mattered most was how they handled the situation, they resolved everything properly and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m particularly happy with the pocket modem, which has been a convenient and dependable companion for staying connected on the go.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with WorldSIM’s service. I would definitely order from them again and will be sharing my positive experience with friends and family.

I'm sure that if you get a Sim card it…
I'm sure that if you get a Sim card it will work fine - IF! Having accepted my order for a US sim card and charged me for next day delivery I received an email offering E-sim (which won't do in my phone) which I turned down and was then told we are out of stock of US, but we have just received a stock of cards with same features, but with French number(??) which I declined and asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued - that where the fun began and the BOTs kicked into inaction. They don't seem to like dealing direct and parting with money that they have taken under dubious pretences. I'll not go back.
