Terrible service, feel scammed
First, they translated my document incorrectly. Then they sent me the wrong document. Then they somehow 'lost the correct one by post' and asked me to pay for another postal service. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. They will sell you on the website and then ignore you for the rest of the sale.

We are very sorry to read about your experience.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to identify your order from the information provided in this review, so we cannot currently verify what happened or investigate the circumstances surrounding your translation and postal delivery.
The issues you describe are clearly concerning, and we take them very seriously. I would therefore like to personally review your case and understand exactly what happened at each stage.
Could you please contact us with your name and project reference number, mentioning this review? This will allow me to locate your order, investigate the translation, the document that was subsequently sent to you, and the postal delivery history.
If mistakes were made on our side, we will of course acknowledge them and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Please accept our apologies for the frustration you have experienced. I hope you will give us the opportunity to investigate this properly and respond to you personally.

"original" translation was actually a copy
Translation sent to me was not an original, and infact a copy, and was therefore rejected when using for a dossier de mariage.
When I rasied the issue with the company, they told me that they'd sent the original, however I didn't received it for another 2 weeks.
The total delay between ordering and receiving the correct document was almost a month.
I do not recommend this service.

Hello,
We’re truly sorry to hear that you experienced these difficulties with your marriage application. You’re absolutely right: in your particular case, the initial version of the translation was not accepted, which caused an additional delay.
As soon as we were made aware of the issue, our team immediately arranged to send you the original version required. This was dispatched on June 16th and was already in the postal system by June 17th. Unfortunately, the delivery time depended on postal services, which was beyond our control.
We fully understand how important and sensitive these documents are, especially for such a significant life event. Please know that we are taking steps to improve this process and ensure that such a situation does not happen again.
We truly hope you’ll be able to finalize your application smoothly and move forward with your wedding plans. Your satisfaction is and will always be our priority, and we remain at your full disposal for any further assistance you may need.
Thank you for your feedback — it helps us grow and do better for you.

My digital Translation was delivered in a very timely manner
My digital Translation was delivered the next day after my request. Very quick to respond. We made a few corrections. I took away one star because of needing a second correction rather than just one, after I had spent a long time explaining the correct wording to be used, the first correction was almost unchanged, and the second correction had the proper corrections. (The wording for dates and times are tricky from french to english but I think it will be ok).
