It was a lovely time at Amart. They gave me the best price possible. I felt like they cared for me as a customer.

The product does not match the reasonable expectations created by the product listing and is misleading regarding its usability.

While the website displays external dimensions of 50cm depth, the internal usable drawer depth is only 30cm—leaving 20cm (40% of the overall depth) unaccounted for and completely unusable.

• Misleading Representation: The website listing fails to provide internal drawer dimensions. A reasonable consumer purchasing a 50cm deep dresser expects the drawer storage capacity to reasonably correspond to that exterior depth, not lose nearly half the depth to dead space.

After a little research I found Amart had exactly what I was looking for, but I needed my gift quickly. My instore experience at Tingalpa was excellent.
The sales person went out of his way to help me due to my urgent requirement and quickly found my simple but important product in the right colour and fabric in the Amart warehouse at Rochedale (as none were in the showroom floor).
This was easy for me to access and pick up without any fuss.
If a company can care for small purchases with such professionalism and kindness then bigger purchases are more likely to follow and word spread!

After Amart promising to deliver our product within the week, we found out that we actually have to wait almost two weeks because somebody didn't put us on the delivery list. So in the meantime, my poor old mother is using a malfunctioning chair which is very uncomfortable for her. And after we spent so much time explaining her situation that this was an urgent purchase.

And when we rang to ask about it we had to talk to a foreigner that we couldn't understand or hear properly.

Found what looks like a good lounge - shame I have to wait up to 15 weeks to experience using it ☹️

Amart was a great place to buy furniture because we were kept up to date about when it would be ready to be collected. Collection was super easy and the furniture was very well packaged.

SALESPERSON SHOWED ME A RANGE OF PRODUCTS. HE DIDN’T APPEAR ANNOYED WHEN I CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT THE PARTICULAR ITEM THAT I WANTED EVEN THOUGH HE HAD TYPED UP THE FIRST ORDER. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ENSURE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS PATIENT WHEN PROCESSING PAYMENT WHICH NEEDED MY CARD TO BE INSERTED IN THE DEVICE. THE DELIVERY STAFF WERE QUICK, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY.

Our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Kenny was super helpful and very pleasant. Delivery was a breeze with Justin and his team. Highly recommend.

I ordered my item online on 3/9/26, tracking advised delivery on Monday 7th but nothing, tracking not updating, I called Tues and told I would be emailed with update nothing. Then called again Wednesday, put on hold for 32 mins and then call is cut off before anyone even speaks to me. I call back, after another 30 mins, get told the team will contact driver and will email you in 24-48 hours. so much for "all orders should be received within 3 days" customer service is extremely poor with really long hold times. So very disappointed.
