I bought two pairs of sunglasses from this website, Ralph and Prada glasses. They arrived between 2-5 days to Ireland in perfect condition in their branded boxes etc. Would definitely recommend!

Wrong order sent

I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses which were due to arrive on Friday ahead of my travel to the US on Monday.

A package arrived on Friday which was addressed to me on the DPD packaging. On opening the packaging there was a completely different pair of sunglasses and the invoice had a completely different name, email address, contact number etc for someone who lives in another part of the country.

This is clearly negligence from Amevista whom I have sent an email explaining the situation. I am yet to get a response whilst having to travel without my glasses.

I would like to side your on the side…

I would like to side your on the side of caution with Amevista; Make sure you are sure of your purchase, before buying. It will no doubt arrive to you fairly swiftly and well packaged. However; the have a rather interesting no cancellation policy. So for example like myself, You have a change of mind 5 minutes after the purchase. You’ll be most likely be met with a response with a handful of working days, informing you the: “The order has already been processed, and is too LATE”

The returns policies - as the company is based in Italy, is noteworthy farce too.
Amevista rule will refuse returns from major courier companies with no exceptions. If you follow the generic print, out, packages provided - You’ll also be tasked with taking photos of your return from every possible angle imaginable.
The salient point tho: The generic returns form does NOT come with a most important form required from none EU countries, the Italian customs demand.
Which of course is somewhere in the small print of the many hoops you’re tasked with jumping through. You item will be remain in customs and of course will not meet the 28 day cut-off Amevista require for a full refund.

Great service

Great service and quick delivery. The product came in great packaging and was well packed. Can not fault this company. I’ve ordered twice now and will definitely be ordering again.
