As soon as we stepped into Ancastwr MG Shepperton we could feel a good vibe. We were asked if we needed help but we're happy to leave us be as we said we were just looking. However, we saw a car we really liked and Jordan helped us through the buying process. He kept us updated the whole way through. Everyone who worked there seemed lovely and genuinely wanted the best for us. The manager personally thanked us for buying our car from them. I recommend Ancaster Shepperton to anyone wanting to buy a car.

Having brought my MG car (still under warranty) in on the 14/8/2025 because the cruise control was not working, they failed to find the fault and said it would be another week till the MG engineer could look at it.
Told staff please don't use my car to run around in whilst its waiting for repair!
I also asked for the battery to be changed in the key fob.
Upon my return on the 21/8/26 they informed me that it only needed a software update.
Once I drove away, I noticed that the car was telling me that the battery was low for the key fob!
Secondly and more importantly the car had racked up 29 miles on the clock - there's is no way a car needs to travel that far to check if the cruise control is working!
Decided to give them one more try as the car needed its annual service (still under warranty) and an MOT. 22/1/26
Told them the wiper washer was not working when checked car in for service online 3days before service due.
Once in for service they informed me that it may cost £200 to check for the washer fault.
In 2 hours they said they couldn't find a fault other than the fuse was blown.
I complained that I shouldn't have to pay as the car is still under warranty and how could it be my fault that the fuse had blown.
The gentlemen dealing with front desk said he'll speak to his manager, came back with a whopping 15% off the £200 labour charge that took only 2 hours to resolve.
Wont be coming back for any other business.

Superb service as always with Ancaster. Never fail to come up with the goods. This is the second time I have purchased a car and cannot fault their service. From beginning to end of sale everything was seamless. Paul has looked after me both times. He made me coffee and went through everything and all the gadgets with me when I picked the car up.
He called to check I got home safely and if everything was ok with the car and reassured me I could come back anytime if there was anything I was unsure of.
