Having experienced a lot of online retailers of baby equipment in my daughters 3 months of life, I can honestly say this was the most straight forward transaction to date. We ordered the Stoke Tripp Trapp - the website was easy to use and clear, payment was easy (with an over the phone option offered for those wary of online transactions) and delivery was next day and in the 1 hr times lot notified by text. I was impressed throughout!

I've bought our first Tripp Trapp from Back in Action 2 years ago and we absolutely love it. As we needed a 2nd one, it was only natural to go back to 'Back in Action', as they appear to have the best prices for these chairs and their service is great! I only wish I'd remembered to order some extenders as we need a set to go with the baby set we bought the 1st time. I guess I'll be going back soon...

I bought a Stocke Tripp Trapp highchair and accessories bundle for my grandson. After some research I found the Back in Action 'bundle' deal was much better value that buying the items separately elsewhere. The goods arrived by courier within three days of placing my internet order, which considering that this was during the run-up to Christmas was pretty good service! Back in Action kept me informed by email of my order's progress and provided tracking information for the goods. All round excellent value & service. I would definitely recommend Back in Action and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Bought a Stokke Tripp Trapp from them. They had a mix and match selection of all the different components and colours at the best package discount I've found. And in stock and available for next day delivery. I don't see how they could improve or how anyone else could compete. Excellent website as well.

I purchased two Tripp Trapp chairs for my grandchildren from this company and they were delivered the next day. It was very helpful to be emailed a time slot which they arrived within. I cannot comment on the chairs as I don't think they have been assembled yet, but the service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use this company again, and would be happy to recommend them

Ordered my stokke Tripp trapp package which was the cheapest around! You'd think they'd overcharge on delivery but nope was free!! And best thing was I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Monday! Really pleased with the service and the value of this website
