A Tripp Trapp chair and new born unit were ordered from Back in Action at short notice as my original order from the manufacturer was stopped at the border due to new customs regulations. Items were ordered on the Friday, and delivered on the following Tuesday, within the advised delivery slot. Excellent service from a UK supplier. Thankyou.

I found the website reasonably easy to navigate though expect it might be more straight forward if not using a phone?
Price was good although delivery details were a little murky and I was unsure when I would expect delivery. My confirmation email didn’t really help saying delivery would be 1 - 2 weeks! but elsewhere saying this was only max lead time and ‘most deliveries arrive much sooner’. Sure enough my Stokke Trip Trap high chair and accessories arrived the day after or perhaps the day after that. Which was nice.

We inherited from the family a Tripp Trapp high chair, made in 2004. We bought the baby set which included stabilizers to avoid tipping unfortunately these only fit post 2013 models. I spoke to Stephen who could not have been more helpful. He had retrofit stabilizers in stock and posted them out the same day. Absolutely first class service.

Really helpful business with loads of experience, and friendly staff. Delivery next day, as promised. We first bought Tripp Trapp Stokke chairs from Back in Action 17 years ago for our birth children & the chairs grew with them as described. We returned to Back in Action last week for the new style baby set for the same chair, for our foster children. We had a few queries about Stokke range & changes in the baby sets over the years which Back in Action answered for us. Thank you!

Great service from an obviously very caring team. A short delay in delivery prompted a telephone call from "Back in Action" to apologise for the delay even though Tripp Trapp chair was delivered in super quick time. Buying from Back in Action is a pleasurable experience.

We had been searching for a Tripp Trapp high chair for our little one for a good few weeks. Due to Covid (restocking shops) everywhere seemed to have sold out of the blue colour we really wanted. I then stubbles across Back in action. They had everything we needed and were cheaper than Stokke themselves. After checking reviews and finding out that they were a local business to us we decided to go with them. Well.... what a service! Ordered Sunday night and had out product by 10am Tuesday morning. Throughout that time I had emails updating me on my product and instructions on how to build it for when it arrived. The product itself is gorgeous and we are so pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

Love this product. Makes meal times much easier and helps encourage my 1 year old to feed himself. The Tripp Trapp Tray is simple and quick to attach on our Tripp Trapp high chair. Easy to wipe clean or detach to soak for those really messy times. Delivery was very fast. Would highly recommend.

Ordered Tripp Trapp on Saturday, it was here by Tuesday morning. Extremely efficient and reliable service and best price we could find across different sellers. The Tripp Trapp is brilliant, we’ve tried lots of other high chairs and this is the best. It’s very versatile and lasts through the different stages - in fact, this is our second one because our 3 yr old still uses the one which we had hoped to pass down to our 10 month old.
