Ordered a Tripp trapp high chair on a Sunday night - during the course of the night i changed my mind about the colour - I phoned them in the morning and they were friendly and helpful and changed the colour without a fuss - the high chair arrived the next day. Love the high chair and couldn't ask for a better experience. Excellent service, would order from them again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent product, delivered very promptly

I bought a stokke tripp trapp chair complete with the full baby chair set etc. Then followed up with the add-on tray. I found the ordering process very easy. The fact that Back in Action make up 'packages' makes choosing so much easier than the stokke website, which is very complicated. Delivery was quick. Product was available. And when I called with a question I was dealt with in a very friendly but efficient manner with my questions answered perfectly.Highly recommended.

Delivery was fast and seamless and I appreciated the emailed instructions for the Trip Trap chair I purchased for my new granddaughter. I will come back to you in six months' time to purchase the seat cushions she will need.

Tripp Trapp eventually arrived as specified. However, delivery was expected within 24hrs but this did not happen. Order arrived in 3 parts over 2 days due to issues with DPD & only one tracking number was given. This led to multiple phone calls to chase the missing item. This made what should have been a straightforward purchase into a stressful one & extra holiday time taken off work to receive the second delivery. Despite some savings, I would buy direct in store in future rather than online to save the needless hassle.

I have recently bought accessories for the highchair stokke trip trap from Back in Action. While I was happy with the service and speedy delivery, there is an issue with some parts of the Baby Set accessories that are not highlighted in the Back to Action website when you browse for this item. The web site alerts for the fact that the seat and back rest of the Baby Set will not fit highchairs from pre-2003 and indicates what measures you can take to check for this. However a pair of extended gliders are also part of the set and these, I have found out, do not fit the highchairs built before 2013. I only found this information when I looked up on the website for the extended gliders only. This information should also be mentioned on the website description of the Baby Set and it's not. I have a problem now, my chair is from 2008 therefore the seat and back rest fit ok but not the extended gliders, which are an important safety feature. What does Back in Action suggest for this to be resolved? Would be happy if they would get in touch.- Back in Action got in touch, took my suggestion on board and resolved my problem! Very happy with the quick response!
