I am very happy with the service that Back In Action provided with my purchase of the Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair. I saved some money as it was at a very good price compared to other sites and I received it 2 days later! Just on time to start solid food with my baby.

Quick delivery & great price

ordered the baby set for the Tripp Trapp Chair, it arrived very fast with good clear instructions. My only resevation is the baby set is now plastic instead of matching wood as it was 10 years ago.

I ordered it late Monday evening and it was delivered Wednesday - I don't think that could have been much faster. Furthermore, I like the instruction video on the webpage which showes how to adjust the chair for my baby and safety advice.

I ordered a Stokke Tripp Trapp. It was delivered quickly. I was missing some parts (a bolt and screw) I contacted Back in Action and they were lovely. They sent me a replacement the same day first class so I had it the next day. The price of the Tripp Trapp was the best I could find on the Internet and I got a free cushion when ordering the baby seat. I could not find the same deal anywhere else. Customer service was first class and I would recommend to friends.

I am a very happy customer: I ordered two Stokke Tripp Trapp chairs on two separate occasions- both were delivered within 3 working days. They had been handled carefully by the delivery service as neither one had any damage when unpacked (the packaging is a simple carton that covers the flat packed chair, so no bubble wrap for protection) and they were priced better in than most other shops that offer Stokke products.

Excellent Tripp trapp high chair delivered when promised. This is our 3rd Tripp trapp for our 3rd child and we rate the product very highly. Our other 2 older children still use theirs daily. My only point for improvement is the length of the delivery slot. I had to stay in and wait for 4 hours. Could this not be shortened with the use of route planner and text messaging services?

Ordered a stoke tripp trapp high cgair from back in action everything was easy and clear delivery was fast the chair was delivered in the wrong colour so had to call back in action to asked what's happened spoke to one of the staff that actually picked up the phone after there closing time he apologise for the mistake and 2 days later had a 2nd delivery and the courier took the wrong chair back with him.
