I bought the Stokke Tripp Trapp chair. It was the lowest price I'd managed to find, so I was very pleased. For some reason, my credit card didn't go through properly. Back in Action contacted me very quickly by telephone and the matter was resolved with my bank. The chair arrived the next working day and I received a text that morning giving me a 1 hour delivery slot, so that made life easier. My only grumble is that the seat of the chair has a mark on it. I called Back in Action straight away, but their calls were being diverted to another department. I didn't hear back from them until the following day when I received an email. By that time, my husband had got impatient and put the chair together. I replied to Back in Action advising that I wouldn't be pursuing a replacement chair and this was accepted by them. They shouldn't have accepted this. They should have offered to send me a replacement seat (and collect the marked seat, obviously after receiving a photo of the mark, from me, as proof of the fault).

I wrote an email asking when the delivery was due, and was answered quite quickly. The day of delivery was correct. The product was great as well, and a bit less expensive than on other websites.
