Alice was great from day 1. The only estate agent who was willing to show projective buyers around at weekends and in the evening.
She put the FOR SALE sign up on a Wednesday and we had an acceptable offer on the Saturday.
Plus, she got us a price £20,000 more than another estate agent in Stourbridge suggested.
