We have had a brilliant experience renting with Billingham&Co. The lady I dealt with, Natalie, was great. She helped with all our enquires, was very pleasant and polite and got us our dream home. It was a very easy process and she was very patient when I kept calling for updates. Thank you for our family home.

Billingham and Co. have acted as agents on a property I was purchasing and have been extremely helpful and professional throughout. Kelly was particularly helpful in getting a sale agreed by us and her seller and kept us updated throughout the process.

I would happily recommend Billingham and Co. to any prospective sellers/buyers as they are clearly an agency that really care about their clients and are a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies I have dealt with in the past.

Natalie was especially helpful to me throughout the process. I couldn't of managed without her support and efficient nature. Thank you!!

This is not the first experience of working with agencies . Natalie from Building &Co is a very nice responsive agent. She solved all the issues quickly. She answered the case clearly . I am very pleased with the work of the agency . I had a problem with understanding because of my poor knowledge of the language. But Natalie very politely explained the same thing several times . Thank you for your patience, understanding and your work.

Natalie was very helpful from start to finish and billingham in general are great, they also have people who will set up all your bills for you! Which helped me a lot as I work a lot and also have university I struggle to find the time and they took care of it all.

Have just recently rented a property through this company. Natalie was dealing with our application, made it very simple and stress free from applying for the property to picking up the keys!

I have just brought my first house through this estate agent. I had Jez as my estate agent. The whole process was easy, with no complications and I had the keys within 12 weeks. Jez was friendly and approachable, with an excellent knowledge of the area that I was moving to. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone.

Kelly was fantastic co-ordinating between buyer and seller and I knew where everything was upto before I even realised I needed to know.
