There were two members of staff and they were both very very helpful. I asked for different sizes of two garments and it was no problem for them to go and look for them for me. They also gave me my cub scouts discount. Thankyou to the fabulous staff members.

When I collected my jacket from the store it was marked. This was because it wasn’t in a bag. The mark did come off but that’s not the point. On the plus side the store offered a 10% discount. Hence 4 stars.

Last minute shopping
I visited the store late one evening for some last minute shopping for a trip the following day. Eric and Lea were so friendly, helping me find all the items I needed and making the experience of panic buying more enjoyable me and less stressful than I anticipated. Thank you both!

I visited Blacks in Aintree today and received excellent service and got what I needed.
I visited Blacks in Aintree today looking to buy a base layer t shirt. There was a large variety of products and sizes to choose from and the staff made themselves available to help. Abbie was very helpful and made herself available for a friendly chat whilst doing her other duties while I had a bit of a wait for the changing room. She put a smile on my face whilst I was waiting and helped me but exactly what I wanted. She above and beyond what you'd expect and little things like that make a difference. Especially when she was hard at work and and everyone else is enjoying the weather. Made up with my purchase and the service I received.
