Popped in for a waterproof jacket. Found a Berghaus for £160. Nice jacket, simple but effective. Staff was nice & friendly. Had a young lady on till who was very nice & polite. We had a laugh about a stubborn security tag that wouldn't come off. I alway's use this Blacks shop whenever I'm buying in person. Was nice being able to try on jacket's to get the correct size apose to guessing online & taking a chance. I'm sure I'll return as I saw a few walking trouser's that I fancied too. Happy customer as alway's. Thank u 👍

I was served by Craig who was extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the Blacks store in Dundee if very friendly and I will have no hesitation in returning when I need my next Jacket.

George was very helpful on both occasions that I visited the store. I was looking to find a suitable pair of walking boots and he was patient with me whilst I tried on most of the brands.

Fantastic customer service. Cami talked to us for 45 minutes giving advice as we are first-time campers. He was so knowledgeable and helped us make good buying decisions. He made our shopping fun. An outstanding member of staff - hope Blacks Dundee give him full credit for happy customers!

George was amazing with us, very patient, helpful and understanding. Talked us through all the options and gave suggestions relevant to what we needed. 10/10 would shop again.

Lisa could not have been more helpful to a customer who did not think to check the size of the old trainers he was wearing while look8ng for a replacement pair.

Friendly staff. Good service. Served by Lisa. Had to try a couple of different pairs. Not made to feel a pest,👍. I noted the pair I liked were on offer at lower price online. Wee tip always check and ask. They matched the online price. Which sealed the sale for me. Will definitely be back. But will check their online prices first . Saved myself 15%

Visited Dundee shop on Feb 6th where I was served by Lisa. She was well informed,very helpful and had great patience. The boots which I bought are a wonderful fit and I am very pleased with my purchase having worn them.

Massive thanks to staff at Dundee store. Very helpful staff when I phoned with a query about shoes. Found product for me and put them aside for me as had a considerable distance to travel to store. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff in store, Gave me information on changes to Blacks stores that I have previously visited and future changes planned within the company. Very informative and an added bit of excellent customer service I experienced visiting this store. Had a great chat with staff would were engaging and professional.
