Constant daily gaslighting by email. Claiming they have sent "free tickets" or credit etc.
Log in, nothing ever there until you email support to complain. Sick of it, sort it out!!

Good - but falling behind vs the competition. From Elite Competition's to Omaze all include Stamp Duty paid for on the property prizes however despite often selling out tickets BOTB don’t! Really do need to start paying for stamp on property prizes!

I won the Ducati Multistrada V2S and £10K cash. I think myself and a lot of my friends always thought these competitions were not real but since then I’ve now signed up for the monthly pass and lots of friends have now said that they will be entering BOTB competitions too. From the video call from Christian to dealing with Joanna in support everything was so well handled. Cash was in the bank within a couple of days and the bike delivered by Ducati within two weeks. I’m now out and about enjoying the roads on a bike I never could have dreamed of owning. Thanks BOTB😀

One star because I cannot make it none.. I entered one BOTB draw and ever since I have been flooded with spam... at least 4 emails every bloody day...

It’s the only website I never won a single thing minus a few 50p site credits on.

After reviewing the amount i’ve spent on this website, including being a previous subscriber, I closed my account. I just couldn’t justify continuing the subscription and paying for competitions when my luck simply wasn’t there.

I also think it’s worth mentioning that the website is so overloaded that it takes a really really long time for things to load, I think the operators would benefit from using an easier and more accessible layout as the website is extremely slow.

I’ve spent thousands of pounds on BOTB competitions and I’m also a paying subscriber, yet I haven’t won so much as game credit. After entering so many competitions, it becomes extremely difficult not to question how this system operates, especially when it often appears to be the same relatively small group of people appearing among the winners.

What concerns me most is the lack of meaningful transparency around the odds. You’re encouraged to buy more tickets because this supposedly increases your chance of winning, but there are no clear individual odds displayed before entering. If people are spending significant amounts of real money for a chance of receiving a prize, I believe there should be far greater transparency about exactly what those chances are.

BOTB describes its competitions as skill-based or prize competitions, but from a customer’s perspective, many of them feel extremely similar to gambling: you pay money, buy more entries to increase your chances, and hope to win a prize. I personally think businesses operating this way should face much stronger regulation and scrutiny, including consideration of whether existing gambling legislation adequately covers this type of model.

After spending thousands without even receiving a minor win, I no longer have confidence in the platform. At the very least, BOTB should publish clear odds, entry numbers and much more detailed information about how every winner is selected. Until there is that level of transparency, I cannot recommend it.
