Absolutely terrible experience with this betting company, site is clunky and hard to navigate, and was refused my free bets for no reason, I was told my account didn’t qualify and all the reason given did not apply to me yet they did nothing to change this, absolute scam to get people to open an account and deposit money, seriously disappointed

Great service

I signed up to BoyleSports specifically because I saw their new customer promotion. I made a real money deposit, placed a bet, and the bet has since settled, but I received none of the advertised offer.

I contacted support to ask why, and the response was extremely disappointing. Rather than explaining why my account didn't qualify, they simply sent me a list of generic terms relating to duplicate accounts, linked accounts and promotional abuse.

I've never had a BoyleSports account before. This was the first time I'd ever used the company, and I have not attempted to open duplicate accounts or circumvent any promotional terms.

I've asked them to explain the specific reason I was excluded and which eligibility requirement I supposedly failed to meet, but their initial response provided absolutely no explanation.

As a new customer who signed up specifically because of the advertised promotion, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a clear explanation when the offer isn't applied. At the moment, the lack of transparency has left me questioning whether there has simply been an error with my account or the promotion.

Hopefully BoyleSports will actually explain what happened rather than hiding behind generic terms and conditions.

Welcome offer denied due to a mobile network IP error

I am a genuine new customer who deposited using a debit card and placed a qualifying bet at 2.1 odds. BoyleSports support refused to give me my welcome offer, claiming potential "multi-accounting."

I signed up using 4G mobile data, which means I was on a dynamic, shared network IP address. Your automated security system has clearly flagged a false positive because someone else previously used this mobile network. Support just gave me a generic list of copy-paste terms.

I am an individual customer using my own unique payment method and bank account. A manager needs to look at this account manually and credit the free bets I am owed.

Their sports sight is bright clear to see black on white background , the choices are clear and the responces to queries are helpfull . The coffee machine in the local shops could do with the option of fruit juice ? And the staff are friendly to all .

AVOID! Absolute joke of a betting site.

They wouldn't give me my free bets as they sited I used a shared IP address which voided this. I used my mobile for the offer to qualify however if you use mobile data they’ll make you ineligible for the offer because of ‘shared IPs’. It’s normal for IP addresses to be shared when it comes to mobile IPs, but they don’t want to acknowledge that.

It's also possible that home broadband connections can change IP addresses, it's less likely than on a mobile but still possible because not many people pay for static addresses.

Anyway I contacted their customer support and they were less than helpful, I asked for an email contact various times before they gave this too me.

I feel as though they have scammed me and having looked into this further online I can see many others feel this way too.

Always find them very helpful in any dealings I have had with them

I do my punting in Duleek, Co.Meath.. I find the staff there helpful , friendly and efficient.. I had a problem recently on collecting a winning bet..I found them very helpful particularly a young staff member called Fea.. I think thats her name..very helpful

Boylesports is the best for offers and BOG , but its app and website are so horrible slow and hard to navigate, please sort this and you will be the best

I'm just happy with everything on your Boyle sports App. Everything is very clear and fair.

The bonus system has changed recently at boylsports and now you get virtually nothing from them. It used to be that you would usually get at least 10 free plays @10p each or perhaps a £2 free bet. Now what you get is usually offers involving you depositing or playing a certain amount (usually £20) deceptively described as 'prizes'. Even then it usually only amounts to a few free spins i.e 5 and they are on slots that look like they've been designed by a teenager on a ZX Spectrum. There's quite a few of these cheap looking slots on boylsports these days under their 'originals' banner. They are poor to play and usually pay micro-payouts i.e 1 or 2 pence per win. As a consequence I've dramatically reduced my deposits at boylsports. I don't even bother logging in to see what's on offer most of the time now because I know whatever it is, it won't amount to much if anything. Shame because boylsports was in my top three gaming sites...not anymore.

So close to leaving this site, I am sick of constantly getting my spins lagged and going fast. Clearly Making sure players don’t win. Spoke to customer service so many times and they are useless even sent videos of this happening. They Didn’t give a care in the world. Only site this seems to happen with. Disgusting

App is so slow

This company Boyle sports is the best out there so fast at replying to your questions. The home screen is brilliant an not to much in your face like other sites.hats of to you guys you are the best.
