Passed my test first try, my instructor Gareth teaches not just how to pass the test, but how to be a safe driver. Excellent instructor!

I would just like to say my great appreciation for Mr. Gareth Lewis for helping me pass my driving test in Cardiff despite the short notice. In just a few a hours of lessons, he was able to go through the driving routes and made me comfortable driving in Cardiff as I originally had my lessons in London.
If you’re looking for a calm, professional, and well-mannered driving instructor I would definitely recommend him.
Also, the faultless service of BSM and AA in terms of booking lessons is commendable.

Passed my test first time thanks to great teaching from Lewis. He always had a straight forward and helpful approach to explaining things.
He was understanding and stood by me without abandoning me as a student even when unfortunate circumstances forced me to be unable to take lessons for a couple of months.
His friendly demeanor created a comfortable atmosphere during lessons that really went a long way to keeping my nerves calm and letting me really focus on improving my driving with his great teaching.
If you're in the Dudley area, I would certainly recommend him.

Found Gareth via the gov.uk website. From the offset was happy to accommodate my work schedule and help me get classes in the evening and weekends which other instructors were not.
He was definitely a great instructor, realised I was a nervous learner and was patient with my progress. Learnt to drive and not just pass the test.
Overall, enjoyed learning to drive. Never a dull lesson and always some thing new to learn. Thanks for being a great trainer Gareth!

The biggest thumb up to Gareth. He is patient and experienced, clearly explained the road rules and driving skills. He is responsive to my learning needs and questions. He identified my areas for improvement through mock test and modified the lessons. Overall, it's a delightful learning experience with Gareth.
Most importantly, I passed the driving test in second attempt with confidence to drive.

I was very nervous about starting lessons again after 10 years however Gareth couldn't have made me feel more at ease if he tried. Not only does he go into great detail about maneuvers, the laws of the road etc. But you know he also really wants you to pass.

Had a brilliant teacher helped me pass in only a few months work

Had a great time learning with my instructor Gareth Lewis. I learned a lot about driving situations and not just what to do to pass. I felt very confident for the test and passed with 1 minor thanks to Gareth, would definitely recommend.

Pass my test with one minor,Thanks to my BSM instructor Lewis Atkins. His personality makes each lesson a good experience. He definitely pushed me in each lessons and encouraged me I can do it especially when I make silly mistakes. If you looking for a good instructor then I would highly recommend him.

Wouldn’t recommend this driving school at all. In particular to the ‘Trainee’ instructor Lewis Atkins, who cancels lessons and shows up 1/2 hours late for lessons offering short notice. He cancelled on me several times and cancelled a lesson around 10 days before my test and never got back to me with a new date for my lesson. With all the cancelled lessons I had to change my test date. I contacted BSM complaints and they weren’t professional at all and told me simply they can’t do anything and I have to speak to the instructor. I contacted Lewis and he ignored my message, not very professional at all. I would avoid this company.
