Wanted to find my perfect car for our family which would be perfect for our family, tried searching for finance which proved to be a bit of a headache until i came across Carplus, the team got me onto a great start and helped me through the whole application one 2 one with such a delightful manner, helped me search for cars and eventually found the right one. Each step was handled with care and to suit my needs. I would recommend them highly and in the future would choose to deal with them again. He took the time to get to know me, understand what kind of vehicle I was interested in down to colour, trim, age, mileage, etc. He worked with me in shortlisting candidates and even helping me understand some of the troubles and common faults with the car I was looking at and making sure those issues had been resolved. From first call to last, he was always courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. I would 100% use Car Plus again and specifically reach out to Kazi.

Our experience with Car Plus has been nothing short of disappointing. Since purchasing our vehicle, we have encountered multiple issues that have resulted in significant stress, inconvenience, and unexpected costs. Despite these ongoing problems, communication from Car Plus has been extremely poor.
We have repeatedly chased for updates and resolutions, only to be met with delays, ignored emails, and a complete lack of accountability. We have been told conflicting information and have had to do much of the investigation ourselves just to find out what is happening. At times, it feels as though we are being deliberately fobbed off rather than helped.
A reputable dealership should stand behind the vehicles it sells and communicate openly with customers when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. The lack of customer service and failure to respond in a timely and professional manner has been unacceptable.
We purchased a vehicle expecting reliability and support if issues occurred. Instead, we have been left out of pocket and constantly chasing for answers. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from Car Plus.

Absolutely Appalling Customer Service and Aftercare
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Car Plus to think very carefully before doing so.
We purchased a Mazda 3 from them in good faith, expecting a reliable vehicle and professional after-sales support. Unfortunately, our experience has been the complete opposite. Since purchasing the car, we have experienced multiple faults that have resulted in unexpected costs, inconvenience, and considerable stress.
The most frustrating part of this entire experience has been the company’s complete lack of communication. An inspection of the vehicle has now been carried out, and despite repeated attempts to obtain updates and discuss the findings, Car Plus have simply stopped responding. Emails go unanswered, requests for updates are ignored, and there appears to be little interest in resolving the situation.
As customers, we have done everything possible to handle this matter reasonably and professionally. We have provided opportunities for Car Plus to investigate the issues, review the inspection findings, and work towards a fair resolution. Instead, we have been met with silence.
When a company is quick to take your money but disappears when problems arise, it speaks volumes about how much they value their customers. Good customer service isn’t measured when a sale is made; it’s measured by how a company responds when something goes wrong. In our case, Car Plus have failed entirely.
The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care has left us with no confidence in the business. We are now having to consider further action simply because Car Plus refuse to engage with us or provide any meaningful response regarding the issues with the vehicle.
This situation could have been resolved professionally and amicably had the company communicated with us and fulfilled its responsibilities. Instead, we have been left chasing answers while being ignored.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend Car Plus to family, friends, or anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Buyers deserve honesty, support, and proper aftercare. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience at all.
I’m not even sure where to begin – this experience was amazing! I have a less than stellar credit score, but Car Plus looked past the figures from credit agencies. They took the time to understand my situation and what I could realistically afford.
Tony Shamsiddinov was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I had very specific requirements for my car and a strict budget. Tony showed me several vehicles and was endlessly patient, even when I decided they weren’t quite right. He didn’t give up, and eventually found the exact car I wanted, with every feature I was looking for. If I was in his position, I think I would have given up long ago – but he stuck by me until the end. I’ve just got home in my new car and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, Tony!"

Avoid Carplus at all costs!
I would strongly urge anyone considering using this broker to carefully review every figure on their finance agreement and insist on receiving written documentation for any additional products they are sold.
When arranging finance, I was asked whether I wanted an extended warranty. I explained that the vehicle already came with a 12-month warranty, but was told that a longer warranty would provide additional protection and peace of mind. Believing I was making a sensible decision, I agreed.
It was only afterwards that I discovered the vehicle had been advertised for £4,695, yet the finance agreement had been arranged for £5,694.
I repeatedly requested details of the warranty I had supposedly paid for. Despite this, I was never provided with a policy number, certificate, or proof of cover. Instead, I received only a generic warranty booklet.
I later contacted the warranty provider directly and was advised that they could not locate any policy associated with my vehicle registration, with transcripts to prove this too.
To this day, I have not received any evidence that a warranty was ever put in place, nor have I received a satisfactory explanation as to why the finance agreement reflected a vehicle price £1,000 higher than the advertised sale price.
The vehicle itself subsequently developed numerous faults and had to be formally rejected under the Consumer Rights Act.
The matter has since been referred to the finance company and the Financial Ombudsman Service as it has now been FOUR MONTHS since I provided written notice of rejection and I am still paying for this vehicle! Despite it being collected by a third party collection company from my property 4 weeks ago!
My experience has left me with serious concerns about the transparency of this transaction. Consumers should not have to chase repeatedly for evidence of products they have paid for, nor should they be left questioning where significant additional charges have come from.
Based on my experience, I would avoid this broker at all costs.
