The first carpet I wanted was taken some time to come into stock, Carpetright aloud me to choose another carpet similar to the one I wanted, the staff were professional and friendly especially ( Jason ), the fitting went perfectly no issues. Since the fitting I have placed another order for a further room to be done. :)

Excellent service from manager Sam as the computer system had been down all week, fitters came today and did a perfect job!

HORRENDOUS FITTING EXPERIENCE - Aylesbury
I originally was supported with identifying carpets to fit in 5 of my rooms in my house, paying the full amount upfront. The fitting was arranged for 7-weeks after this (the earliest when the carpets would be available). The day before the first fitting we were informed they could only do 1 of the 5 rooms, so we arranged the 2nd fitting to be done 2-weeks later. With no prior communication, they could only fit 3 of the 4 remaining rooms and again had to arrange a 3rd fitting.. When the fitting was done on this day, the previously painted walls were scratched in 4 places (despite warning the guys these had been newly painted), no apology for this. No further communication again to confirm the 3rd booking and while promised this would be the first to be complete on the day of our fitting, nobody has yet turned up and it's now 1330...

We've had to waste 2 additional days waiting for this, communication has been horrendous. I will now be actively warning others away from carpetright in future.

Well I’m back for another beautiful carpet sourced and order placed with the lovely Davina of the Aylesbury carpet right store again,
Davina makes choosing a new carpet a wonderful experience , knowing your dealing with someone that can confidently advise on what carpet pile would suit an area your carpeting with the traffic content helps a lot!
can’t wait for this one too be laid now !! Such luxurious carpets. Thank you Davina !

Good advice,very helpful which made my purchase very pleasant

I’d advise all customers to get the free quote service visit. Do not take in photos, measurements or even pull up previous orders of flooring they put down. It’s clear from others reviews about the mess and unprofessionalism of floor fitters we had the same fitters but carpet right can’t seem to remember them. Our fitter this time, Simon was good, honest and clearly set out what he could and couldn’t do. It’s a shame after 13 years we will go elsewhere but take on board the free quote service, we may have got closer to what we wanted.

Jason was brilliant made me feel confident in what he was telling me. My husband in last months of life, everything we needed at was time limited. He made a few changes to accommodate us in the time factors we had. He was very knowledgeable and as measurements man taken ill on the morning due, my daughter measured in inches and Jason converted for us. Would feel very confident in buying again with Jason.
