Good choice of carpets and reliable
Good choice of carpets, helpful and knowledgeable sales people. Straightforward to buy and work out how much needed and total cost. No hard sell. Fitted carpet early due to a cancellation, but cam 3 hours later than expected. Fitter did a good job and was pretty quick. Would recommend.

Good product - Customer service can be improved
Good product, affordable, the fitter was excellent and did a great job.
One downside is that I really had to chase them to take my money. They’re not very proactive, and not great at following up. If you can get through that then you’ll be OK.

Steve did a great job explaining everything to me when he came round to measure up. He was friendly and polite and very knowledgeable about the carpets, underlay and processes which was very helpful. He was also proactive in following up afterwards and did so in a professional manner, responding to questions quickly and thoroughly, therefore making the whole process easy and straightforward for me.

Went in for a quote took 45 minutes and left with said quote. Got home and received email saying I got 10% discount so I phoned to go ahead and someone answered and said someone will call you back I waited 2 hours and then I called back again to the same answer we will call back I am not happy and will never go in that shop again Holloway
