Having been to various carpet shops going into Carpet Right Shrewsbury was a totally different experience! Josh the Manager is obviously very experienced in his field. He advised us on types of carpet but wasnt pushy. He was very helpful and we left happy customers!!!

FITTER PROBLEM S
Bought lovely carpets, from Shrewsbury store, just frustrating that
I paid a carpets fitter though carpets right
UC CARPETS oswestry...
Damaged beading, I took the word of the fitter to contact me to sort the issue out l unable to contact that fitter
Business number on line unavailable.
Don't have a direct number for the fitter to date...hence this review.
But I can take comfort that I am not the only customer to be in this situation on his company Google site a review of another customer who has had Damage similar Story.
I now have a strip of beading not the correct size which I will have to sort out....
The fitter is Mark from UC CARPETS.

Carpet right- bathroom vinyl
Very friendly and helpful service and they even added a door bar for free. All members of staff tried to accommodate our preferences for fitting dates and gave us honest recommendations to give us the most cost effective options.

We have now had 4 carpets from here and have never had any issues always polite and knowable never pushy.
Excellent service.
The fitter has always kept us updated what time he should arrive.
