Simple Casino and casino heroes is…

Simple Casino and casino heroes is nothing more than a sham operation built on deception, run by Glenn Rellum through DECC Management in Curaçao. The entire setup is designed to lure in unsuspecting players from countries where the site has no legal right to operate. They achieve this by running mirror sites, which act as traps to bypass restrictions, making people believe they are playing at a licensed, safe casino. In reality, the license they claim is either worthless, inactive, or outright fabricated, and they know full well that no regulator will step in to protect players once their money is gone.
This is not a casino interested in fair play or safety. Once you deposit, you’re on your own. Withdrawals are stalled, verification becomes a circus, accounts get blocked, and customer support vanishes the moment you demand what you are owed. Numerous players have had life-changing sums stolen under the guise of “responsible gaming” or bogus technical excuses. It’s a deliberate strategy: take deposits from banned jurisdictions, refuse payouts, and then wash their hands of any responsibility.
Glenn Rellum and DECC Management have built this as a predatory scheme, not a casino. They don’t care about player safety, they don’t care about legality, and they certainly don’t care about fairness. Their business model thrives on exploiting players in markets where they have no license to operate, leaving people with no legal recourse and no chance of recovering their funds.

Customer service is very bad

Customer service is very bad.
They would not agree, if you notice a problem in the site. More than once you will have untrue promotions and you won´t get your bonus . They are not on your side. They keep saying you can use one promotion only once, and they stop listening you from the first word. If there is any kind of problem, they leave you alone with it. No change to get your lost or bonus back. I lost my trust on them big time. I don´t wanna argue with customer service ever again. Last time they send me e-mails like 2wk without a word Sorry or we will fix it. They have very hard time to understand that there was a bug or something on the page cos I got same sort of deposit bonus offer twice in the week. I deposit, but I didn´t get my bonus of course. They are like broken record, no listening at all. No worth to ask can they add my bonus, no. They wont. Don´t trust what you see ! It might not be true.

Casinos are all the same and at the end…

Casinos are all the same and at the end the provider of the slot you play decides if you win or not.

There are "better" and "worse" providers, but then again... it's all the same... making you think you can win something and even if you win you still lose without knowing.

I've played on at least 20+ casinos and it's all the same. It got even worse, because of the fact, that the provider and not the casino is deciding about your winnings and losings. Which reults in " Oh ive won in casino x more than in y therfore x is better than y " BULLSHI*. Its the provider and the RTP, you win 10€ - you have to lose AT LEAST 10€ in order to get propper winnings... and this goes on and on and on... untill you HAVE to lose thousands of thousands without a guarantee to see any of it again. So... the cycle continues and you cash more in and more and even more... what took 1-2 cash-ins takes now 5-10 and so on...dead bonuses with 1-2x wins gets common and you have to cash more and more since you win next to nothing...

I mean... It's a Casino, what do you expect? To win money? LOL
