Worst company I’ve ever ordered from

Berlin Brands Group is by far the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. My order arrived incomplete, a crucial part was missing, and their customer service was completely unwilling to help. They don’t take responsibility and offer no real solutions. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.

terrible experience, not trustworthy!

Zeer slechte ervaring met deze partij! ons product bleek beschadigd, na contact met de klantenservice werd ons gevraagd om het beschadigde artikel te retourneren en zouden wij een vervangend, nieuw artikel ontvangen. Na meerdere malen contact uiteindelijk het artikel ontvangen, alleen bleek dit het foutieve artikel te zijn.

nogmaals contact opgenomen met deze partij waarbij men aangeeft dat het niet mogelijk is om nogmaals een vervangend, en dus CORRECT , artikel te verzenden. het product moet in zijn geheel geretourneerd worden. heel raar want in een eerder stadium was het wel mogelijk om een vervangend artikel te versturen. het product is inmiddels gemonteerd en voorzien van honderden euro's aan beplanting. demonteren is dan ook niet mogelijk! deze partij geeft vervolgens niet meer thuis en wilt niet mee werken aan een oplossing.

werkelijk waar een schandalige manier van handelen. ik adviseer een ieder om geen producten bij deze partij te kopen.

Very bad experience with this company!
Our product turned out to be damaged. After contacting customer service, we were asked to return the damaged item and were promised a replacement, brand-new product. After multiple follow-ups, we finally received the item — only to discover that it was the wrong product.

We contacted the company again, but were told that it was no longer possible to send another replacement — a correct one this time. Instead, the entire product would have to be returned. Very strange, since earlier on it was apparently possible to send a replacement.

The product has already been installed and has been filled with plants worth hundreds of euros, so disassembling it is not an option. From that point on, the company stopped responding and refused to cooperate in finding a solution.

This is truly a disgraceful way of doing business. I strongly advise everyone not to buy anything from this company!

They're not standing for costumers and goods

This company can not improve anything l, if they act like they do. I have a receiver that's not working whit in the garantie. First they forgot to send a pick up label for a week. After 3 day they've received the broken receiver. More then 3 emails and 3 weeks later, they're sending the same broken receiver back, without fixing it. I know because of the scratch on the front of the receiver.
4 weeks further, still no solution.
I'm now forced to involve my insurance company, to take over.
Very disappointed.

Ordered a drier 3 weeks ago and still didn’t receive anything and that’s not the worst, the worst is not having any info at all

Never again.

Never again.

I bought a dishwasher with them for my new house. My kitchen was black and the size of the cabin custommade for the dishwasher. After a view months one of the racks shows rust. Company wanted to offer a replacement on behave of warranty. Perfect! But i had to ship the whole dishwasher before receiving a new one because they couldn’t just replace the rack. I told them i did not have the original packaging after a few months and that i was worried about the dishwasher. You cant just buy a good packaging for a dishwasher in store. Offered to pay the new one but nothing was an option. After looking for al kinds of materials and had many rude contact with the customer service team who always sent the same quick replys and don’t think with the customer at all we finally agreed on pick up. They would call me for a appointment. No call and next day there was a courier already. But dishwasher wasnt packed in as there was no appointment for it. We finally agreed on pick up and they took the dishwasher. (After 1,5 month of mailing and me contacting them over and over) i emailed the company with the receipt of pick up as proof and to my suprise: they dont have the dishwasher in stock. I would get a refund. Now here is a problem… the closet was custom made to the size of the dishwasher and my kitchen is black but there is no other model available in this size and color on the market. I mailed them if i could get the old one back until they had new stock, or i could get another model with them. Anything… all answered NO. They admitted the dishwasher was in stock when they promised me a pick up and made the arrangements. So this is their mistake. But no only resolution: refund. The strange thing is i bought it during a discount round. But the dishwasher was worth: €555 they have the same size and colour in a different model also worth €555 and wont ship that to me. Problem is: they wont ship anything the only thing is sending me the same mail over and over and over again about giving me a refund and not be willing to help me with anything. This customer service is an excellent shit show. They leave the customer with all problems from moment 1 contacting them to the end (1,5 month later). Making all of their problems the customers.

DONT BUY!!!!!!!!

Delivery quick

Delivery quick, ordered item (ceiling fan) in best quality, unfortunately too heavy for my ceiling (no wood beam strong enough to hold the required 100 kg), returning item easy and reimbursement quick and without any trouble.

I had good experience with Berlin

I had no problems with the Berlin Brands Group.
I ordered from Holland, online and made a mistake with the measurements, contact at the phone was good, contact with te email was good.
they offert me a good solution, and i am satisfied
2 Days later the order was deliverd in the Netherlands

Deplorable company- please take heed of the negative reviews

UPDATE: So Berlin Brands now trying to have review taken down by requesting order number and my name through Trustpilot. Both are clearly visible in original review . Was given 3 days to provide which I did to ensure that my review highlighting how these guys are gangsters remains up😡

Depolorable company.
Paid several thousand euro for 47 tables ( order 0402678902 )
27 tables promptly arrived. Order showing as delivered on their website so am missing 20 tables. Several emails have been sent with no reply, hours spent on hold where one gets cut off.
Not going to waste any more time trying to get in touch . Going legal and requesting charge back through my credit card company. Gangsters

ordered a heated throw, then read reviews and panicked!
BUT I was pleasantly surprised
arrived on time, GREAT quality, well packaged and even came with a uk plug adapter!

Utterly terrible experience, so stressful

Being hassled by Berlin Brands now. How do I upload photos to prove my review? I would love to! I have a screenshot of my 2022 complaints to this firm, a proof of order .jpg and refund - after many hours wasted trying to get the thing in the first place.

I hate it when multinationals and their baby corps hire mercenary review killers. That's happened a few times on Trustpilot. Please stop it, Trustpilot or our trust in you will fall further.

Original review: In my experience this is an utterly terrible firm to deal with. When I ordered a gift for my partner, I had thought the firm actually had real staff but I have no proof of sentient life thus far. It may just be bots because all of my complaints got automatic replies saying the firm is unable to write back for 7 days! Finally, after a week I did get a reply but it was so factually off the mark it could not have been written by a human. The reply told me that I am wrong [of course] and the missing parcel is not missing [it is] and no matter that the couriers themselves have not posted a delivery notice [because they still have the parcel] this Berlin Brands Group tells me they "know" it has been delivered, yet they can't give me a time, a driver's delivery note or a signatory [of course, it's still at the depot in Munich, it says so, today, now, on the courier's schedule]. Well, my partner has waited all day, every day for 5 days. She knows it's not been delivered as do I, because even the courier says it has not been delivered - I just checked for the 20th time their update. Yet, it seems, we are all meant to accept that it's us who are wrong, that we must be mistaken, and the firm is right, just as day may as well be night (in their inverted parallel world?) The missing item has been consigned according to Berlin Brands Group but when I track order number 01475110030453 their own courier, shows that the packet remains undelivered, at a depot in Munich (as of 16h30 CET 2022). Moreover, the courier seems to be in a mess of its own, stating it tried to deliver at 6h30 in the morning [?! Show me a courier who's out delivering to shops and homes at 6h30 in the morning and I'll show you Father Christmas lives on Ascension Island] to my partner's shop in central Munich, a shop like most shops, which opens at 8h30 and closes in the evening (as I made clear when I made the order in mid October). Tha fact is an item which was paid for and promised 5 days ago is plainly not delivered. Three addresses were given when the item was ordered, a shop which is open all day, 6 days a week; plus another shop, just across the road; plus the owner's home address; and three phone numbers - one for each. No calls, no attempted delivery notes and no deliveries, frankly, to shops which are open all day long. Bad bad bad! So much stress over one gift which never arrived, and a firm in Berlin Brands Group which tells me I am wrong.

Brand "Klarstein". No reply on my return request

No reply on my return request plus 2 reminders. I passed the case to my lawyer.

Update: Resolved it with a PayPal chargeback. After one and a half years(!), Berlin Brands finally is reacting and asks for invoice number to follow up.

The company are not to be trusted

The company are not to be trusted. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They send good’s saying that there are no import duties but there are and they will not refund these costs. Do not use this company under any circumstance unless you want to be ripped off and out of pocket.
