Jessica is very professional and easy to communicate with. She has all the important information ready to go, and usually answers all your questions before you even need to ask them! The team in general are super responsive and make it easy to work with them.

My initial experience with another branch of chancellors was not to good however I on my second contact with the Botley branch in Oxford changed my views. I have had a different experience which has been good. Charlie Bishop who was dealing with me has been extremely great. Well spoken, friendly & professional attitude and swiftly processing through the system without causing any inconvenience. If any one is looking to rent in the botley area for a property advertised by Chancellors then I would recommend they speak to Charlie Bishop. Wonderful person

We have just sold our flat through the Chancellors office at Botley. Initially it should have been a quick and straightforward sale as no properties to sell either side, the buyer was a first time buyer. We hit a period of unexplained delay on the buyers side, no explanation. We were very despondent. Luckily we managed to find Jessica Atkinson at the Botley office who then reassured us of the sale. From then on she was an excellent contact and kept us informed each step of the way. Jessica kept in touch with our solicitor to keep the pressure on to the buyers solicitor to move exchange and completion forwards.Throughout Jessica worked with diligence, curtesy and professionalism. We felt supported and knew Jessica had our interests in her remit.

We had a very successful house viewing with Frankie Oliver from Chancellors, Botley. He was welcoming, with a pleasant manner which enabled a relaxed and informed tour around the property. He showed an interest in us as potential buyers, with an engaging manner. We were impressed with his general knowledge of Botley, the community, and likely developments in the area which would be of interest to new buyers. He went to great lengths to ensure that we could access everything, and was keen to show us particular features. Frankie was investing a lot of personality in the process which made us feel relaxed, giving us space to reflect and ask questions without feeling rushed, which was very refreshing compared to some estate agents who whisk you around a house in twenty minutes!
Frankie ended with a key question as we left: "Can you see yourself living here?" A brilliant way of assessing customer feedback. He is very good at his job, which gave us confidence in Chancellors.

We found Anthony to be very knowledgeable, he has great expertise in his field, he has given us a huge amount of information that we had not considered regarding the best possible options we had to get the best out of the properties we have. I would definitely recommend him

Finding a rental property has been really easy with Chancellors. Charlie Bishop has been really friendly and helpful throughout the process, communication has been great for arranging viewings and applying for the property.

The Chancellors team in Botley branch are excellent, Daisy in the Property Management team in particular. Easy, quick and clear to deal with - this has changed my opinion of the brand entirely having had previous negative experiences approx 5-7 years ago with Cowley branch.
