I had a great experience during the viewing of the property as Samantha took us round the premises, answered our questions satisfactorily. In my subsequent telephone conversations with her she was patient with me in explaining the application process; kept her promise to get back to me as soon as she hears from the landlord; and, overall, she was polite and professional.

Received excellent service, from the very beginning communication was clear, timely and incredibly helpful. Every question I had was answered with professionalism, which has made the whole process feel stress free.

The communication has been extremely poor. While in the process of buying a flat, I have attempted to contact them several times and received no response at all. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional.

The separate Bracknell office support really made a difference in the final stages to help push the sale over the line by co-ordinating with buyers/sellers solicitors,
House was put on at too high a price, and had to be substantially reduced to get a sale.
Some pluses and negatives but overall a successful sale achieved in a realistic tomescale.

I met Samantha, she was very welcoming even when I was late😅
She was very engaging and was constantly checking if I had further questions. I felt at home.
