I spoke with Harry Fisher regarding the ending of my tenancy. Harry treated me with genuine kindness, patience and understanding. Ending my tenancy while dealing with difficult circumstances was incredibly overwhelming, but he guided me through every step of the process, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I understood my options. Harry showed empathy and compassion and went above and beyond to help me. He is a real credit to your company. Couldn’t thank him enough.

We have been working with Bessie tighe at charters for some time now, she has always been extermely attentive and helpful should we have any queries.

I owuld reccomend any landlord/tenant to charters based on the service we have reicved thus far.

Rhian Barton is absolutely phenomenal!
My experience with her was great. I signed up with Charters and within 24 hours I secured a property, thanks to her!
She went above and beyond to meet my needs, she knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and messaged me when she saw that a property would align with me the most.

Very speedy response time and I was able to comfortably engage with her while I was at work. She negotiated with the landlord and I was able to get a deal! The entire transaction from her sending me a video of the property to sign off took a bit 1 hour.

Great service, she is dedicated and deserves a raise for going a step above!

We are extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Charters Estate agents, particularly from Freddie, who has been helpful through the whole process of house hunting and choosing a property. Freddie was patient and never pushy, and always available to answer all our questions (there were lots!) Very glad that the property we found was through Charters, so far it has been a smooth and easy experience.

Charters Estate Agents were professional from start to finish. Our Sales Progressor, Jo, was amazing with great communication throughout. She was always friendly, helpful, and did everything she could to keep our purchase moving forward. Charlie was also very helpful as our estate agent, making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

Very happy with the service received from Charters. We were kept up to date at every stage of marketing the property, from being advised of each viewing, to negotiating an offer for the property which was wholly acceptable to both parties.

I have found all staff involved in preparing documents in respect of marketing our property to be extremely helpful, having kept me informed all the time.

Me and my friend viewed a property with Shelby, she was on time, supportive and exceptionally helpful throughout the whole experience. Although we didn’t manage to get the property viewed everything was communicated openly and quickly and other alternatives were sent that suited our budget and needs by Rhian almost immediately which is all you can ask. Charters have been so helpful and patient with me. James at the Southampton branch arranged our viewings and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always happy to chat on the phone and he made us feel valued.
Once we offered on a property, Gary at the Chandlers Ford branch became our man progressing the sale through. He kept us updated and was always available to talk to me. I became very stressed and pressured during the purchase and he was always calm, reassuring and professional.
