Charters have been excellent from the initial meeting and valuation to getting many viewings in and securing a buyer. Their communication throughout the process has been particularly good and appreciated.

Kirstie helped us to navigate the tricky process of getting a rent increase through with the long standing tenant of the property we rent out. With her guidance thye matter was quickly resolved and the outcome was positive for both us and the tenant. Rhian Barton has helped us every step of the way with finding a suitable property to let. Being a 3rd year student these things are all a learning curve still and Rhian has been so helpful responding promptly and helping to sort bills etc. super helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble.

Mazie was so polite and helpful

We’ve had such a positive experience with Mazie at Charters. She has been incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our search for a new home.

Although we haven’t quite found the right property yet, Mazie has been brilliant at keeping in touch, letting us know about upcoming listings and arranging viewings for properties that might suit us. Communication has always been excellent, and we really feel that she’s looking out for us rather than simply trying to find us any property.

Finding a new home can be quite stressful, so having someone so approachable and helpful throughout the process has made a real difference. Thank you, Mazie — we really appreciate all your help so far and hopefully the right home isn’t too far away!

Everyone we met at Charters were totally professional and friendly and we were lucky enough to have the sale of our house in the hands of Erikson Veizaj and his team. They got to work as soon as we had signed the contract and contacted any client they thought would be interested in our property. They kept us totally up to date , returned calls promptly and made the whole experience as stress free as possible

just want to say a Big thank you to Jacqui & Kirstie at the Farnham/Alton office for letting my property within a few days. Great job , you two should be running the country.

From viewing to finally moving I was kept informed of progress and of what I needed to do next. Having not moved in 30 years things are very different nowadays but the process was relatively straightforward. Shannon Wilton at Charters in Romsey was very helpful and on hand to answer my questions as they arose.

This is about Jorgia Tye who has been actively trying to find my next perfect home. My own house is not for sale with Jorgia, but I registered with Charters to ensure I was seeing all potential properties on the market. Jorgia is relentless in understanding what I want, what I don't want and is very enthusiastic yet authentic in her style and approach. She would not show me properties unless she really felt they had enough positives, yet encouraged me to open my eyes to opportunities. She really takes the time to understand your needs with a fine mix of personal & professional touch.
