They were quick with organising a viewing, easy to inquire to start the process to get the property and regular updating emails to make the process easy.

William Prowse has been fantastic to deal with and has made managing my property from overseas much easier.

He is always friendly, responsive and practical, and I really appreciate the way he keeps me updated and takes the time to explain things clearly when issues come up. William is proactive, follows things through and has a very sensible approach when dealing with both landlord and tenant matters.

Excellent timely service from Taylor Bray @Charters in chandlers ford with maintenance concern at my let property, quickly dealt with so tenant not too inconvenienced and I was kept informed, quick response to my emails and details of works carried out / invoice - couldn’t fault.

Charters has been very helpful in trying to help us find a new home. All of their offices (Romsey, Chandlers Ford and Winchester) we have dealt with have been very pro-active (but not pushy) in providing us with properties that meet our critieria and arranging viewings. A special mention should go to Lottie Bashall and Tom Harper in Romsey who invested a lot of time and effort in our search near Whiteparish, and to Jorgia Tye in Chandlers Ford who was incredibly creative, energetic and proactive in helping us with our search in Hampshire. Overall Charters has been much more effective than the majority of other estate agents we have dealt with.
