Very easy and non intrusive viewing with a lady called Maya. It was nice to walk around and view a property with someone who could answer any of the questions I had, whilst also being non intrusive and letting us view the property at our own pace.

A very friendly and professional estate agent. The whole team have kept us updated every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble. They have been very efficient in getting the property on the market, and giving us feedback after visits. Very pleased with them.

From start to finish, the agent I worked with, Zoe Scott, was brilliant. She listened and worked very hard to try and find me what I needed for me and my family's needs.
Charters we're very supportive and compassionate to my unique circumstances which made the whole process alot less sstressful. I recommend Charters/Beales and in particular Zoe and wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future.

We moved into a new rental property with Charters around 3 years ago - my main point of contact from the Gosport branch has always been Jack Craymer and he's been a delight to deal with! Even if problems can't be sorted promptly, I always feel my concerns raised have been acknowledged quickly! Always appreciate the good work and hope to keep renting with Charters for many years to come.

As a couple who are in the stressful process of seeking a rental to become a long term home, I already am left feeling I’d like to do business with this company. Zoe was not only professional, but refreshingly polite, cheery and accommodating. Not only was she quick to respond to my request to view a property but her follow up call and emails to confirm have been prompt too.
