The delivery was on time
The delivery was on time. Packaging average(edges of roof sheets were little bit damaged). But biggest disappointment was with screw cups! When I ordered roof sheets on website I was ask choose screws. I ordered screws as well. But wasn't any information about screw cups! The screws are silver and you need screw cups with them. Usually screw heads are painted with color and you choose which you need.

Signature composite decking review
I bought the Signature composite decking. It's an excellent product and very easy to lay. Delivery could've been a bit quicker but I can't complain. The delivery driver was also very helpful.

Cladding not fit for purpose
I spent thousands on Cladco decking to cover a very large patio area in a coastal location. The product is guaranteed to withstand all weathers all year around. A professional builder who has undertaken many renovations for me laid the product. Over the past year the product has warped and moved so that there are large gaps (1.5 inches) between lengths, and warping resembling a corrugated rippling effect. Cladco visited but have not followed up (over a month) and I am told by the supplier will likely blame the installer, HOWEVER it is clear the product was NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I will be consulting a consumer law expert.
The supplier was Jewson Tenby, Order number 0499/00281190 amount £5668 in the name of Cooksey. This trust pilot account is in my father name but I am the client raising the concern.

Pre order went smoothly. Delivery was a nightmare with date changed late in the day, then wrong materials were delivered. Minor damage to some of the sheets, material. Customer care were very unhelpful and overall a very poor experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We're sorry to read that, although your pre-order experience went smoothly, the delivery did not meet expectations. We appreciate that having the delivery date changed late in the day, receiving incorrect materials and then finding some damage to the sheets would have been disappointing.
We're also concerned to hear about your experience with our Customer Support team, as this is not the standard of service we aim to provide. Your comments have been noted and will be reviewed internally alongside the issues you have raised regarding the delivery and materials supplied.

Easy DIY fit
I had existing fencing with concrete posts that were not all perfectly level and some fence panels were lose and others tight. I purchased the signature range as it comes in 3.6 m lengths. Installation was a breeze and the look is amazing. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

I was after standing seam as a roof
I was after standing seam as a roof, and there are very few options online seemingly - I received a tailored quote from the drawings I submitted and ordered this to be delivered.
The delivery arrived on a mostly empty 18t lorry - I have a decent driveway that cement mixers, septic tank lorries and large builders merchant lorries can get up but because they turned up in this, they dumped it in the drive at the bottom, meaning I had to lug 40 razor sharp sheets and material up the hill by hand. I had mentioned this in correspondence, specifically stating I didn't want to be lugging this up a big hill, but their response was vague to say the least - the driver advised they can deliver on smaller lorries so I've no idea why they didn't do that, especially for a domestic order.
The fitting kit was extensive, but cost a lot of money. They also forgot to deliver a box of the fittings the day it was delivered, which I then had to wait 3 days for, delaying the fitting of the roof. The tool for clamping the bottom of the standing seam to the trim is useless - does not work whichever way it was held, and just slid off / scratched the panels, so I had to use a cloth and the small crimping tool. The amount of underlay they provided was not enough - I had (stupidly) assumed that having given them the exact dimensions of the roof and them tailoring a quote to my exact needs, that they would have added enough material for the job - this was my fault apparently for not calculating the material I had been quoted for, so I had to go out and buy more.
The sheets protective film was horrendous - it left a terrible sticky residue over every single panel, and because they didn't include the big wipes in my order (forgotten), i had to go out and buy it, but these didn't touch it anyway - not sure what they'd be for! Having contacted customer services for the 10th time, they said I needed a solvent to remove that - why was that not included?? What specific solvent?
I cleaned off the panels as best as I could but the couple of days it was up there, meant that all kinds of debris, including shards of metal filings stuck to and covered the panels. Because it then rained, this has now left rusty marks all over the sheets. None of this was in any of the fitting guides or instructions.
The fitting guides and videos are pretty poor - the video shows a tiny shed with no joins of trim or anything at all - it advises 100-150mm overhangs when you are doing a long run for trims and ridges - this creates a bad step on the eaves trim and simply isn't possible on the ridge trim - you can't overhang that trim because it just can't clip in to itself, so we had to come up with a small cut piece of trim over the top of each piece butted up.
And the support; terrible company to deal with! They just kept saying how sorry they are about every issue I had, and then offered no kind of explanation, with an empty statement of "if there is anything else we can help you with, let us know". They basically didn't care at all.
The finish is nice and I am ok with the roof, but I wouldn't want to order anything from this company again and not convinced it was worth the price tag.

Good morning, Adrian,
Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're pleased to hear that you're happy with the finished appearance of your standing seam roof, but it's clear from reading your review that several aspects of your experience fell short of what you expected.
We are sorry that part of your fixing kit was missing from the original delivery. This was a regrettable mistake, and while we arranged for the missing items to be dispatched as quickly as possible once the issue was identified, we recognise that this still caused a delay to your installation and added inconvenience to your project.
We also note your comments regarding the delivery vehicle used. As standing seam roofing sheets are long and specialist products, deliveries are typically made using a HIAB vehicle equipped with a hydraulic crane. This requirement was noted on your quotation, where we advised that sufficient access would be needed for delivery. That said, it's clear from your feedback that our explanation of the vehicle requirements and potential access limitations could have been clearer, and we will take this on board when communicating delivery arrangements in future.
Your comments regarding the installation tools, quantity of underlay supplied, protective film residue, installation guidance and the support you received have all been noted. It's disappointing to hear that our responses did not provide the level of clarity and assistance you were looking for when these issues arose.
We've shared your feedback with the relevant teams for review, particularly where improvements can be made to our communication, guidance and overall customer experience.
While we're pleased that you're satisfied with the final finish of the roof, we regret that the process of getting there was not a more positive one.
Kind regards,
Cladco Profiles®
